I feel so awful!!!

My husband was supposed to be at work t 2:45am this morning. He had set the alarm clock and went to bed early. He told me before he went down that he was going to bed because he had to get up early , but I just assumed it was his normal time(5:30 am)anyway John Ray ended up unplugging the alarm clock and when I reset it I set it for 5:30. Well needless to say he was very late for his shift and I feel bad because I'm the one to blame for getting him in trouble! Oh well I guess there is noting to be done about it now, but as you can imagine he was none too happy this morning. On a happier note here is a pic of my boys

Cute picture! My dad has worked at a prison for almost 20 years now... I remember when I was little he had weird shifts like that too. You didn't do it on purpose though...surely he knows that. :)

I'm an Aunt....again

My sister-in-law had her 2nd child yesterday a boy. She already has a 3 almost 4 yr old girl. He is 7lbs 14oz. has a head FULL of black hair, very cute. They named him Trevor James. this makes 13 nieces and nephews for me counting both my side of the family and John's. Its terrible to admit since my youngest is just 6 months old, but I saw that tiny baby yesterday and I got baby fever BAD!LOL! Oh well, maybe it won't be long for #3 :).

Congratulations! Baby fever? I had that once recently and then my girls came in whining to me and fighting. Baby fever was cured!!!!!

ha! I guess since Landon is so young we haven't got to the fighting stage yet. I am so looking forward to it (not).

Waiting, Waiting....

The things I do for my husband!!! I am currently at the library computer at Bluefield State College trying to pass the time. John is supposed to be graduating this fall, but due to our ignorance we didnt fill out the paper work in time. So I am here now trying to get it all set up for him to graduate in spring of 07'. His advisor is at this moment performing his evaluation so hopefully all goes well with that. Anyway, just thought I'd check in since I have time to kill. I sure hope he appreciates all I do to try to help him(yeah right ha).

So what is it that he's going to school for? And how are your medical transcription classes going? I was thinking of trying that out a while back. Does it seem legitimate to you?

I understand the frustrations of being under appreciated! At least he is sticking with school unlike my husband but I won't go any farther with that one!

My Children will not get Well!!!!

They have been sick for nearly a month. Besides John Ray having a bought of the croup, its been mostly just major snotty noses. But it's still so frustrating when they can't sleep well or in Landon's case can't eat, cause they cant breathe. I dont know what to do. We are planning to leave next Wednesday to go to Florida to visit my family and go to Disney World and I am hoping and praying they will be better. I don't want to travel with sick kids!!! I am assuming they are just passing it back and forth, but so far neither John or I have gotten anything. Oh well, I just need to get that off my chest. Hopefully this is not a sign of a bad winter to come.

Maybe getting into the warmer air will help them. I can understand your frustrations because my kids do that too. I have it right now and my kids and husband don't.

some friends of mine and their kids passed a cold around for months. I know that isn't very reassuring, but they did eventually get over it. :)

Now THAT'S adorable! I think it's cute when little boys imitate their daddy's.
