So life has changed...
We are in Warner Robins now. We left Jennings kinda in a hurry, not purposely, but it just happened it seems like. I feel like we are on vacation still but I'm sure it will sink in when I get a job and we get a place of our own. If anyone knows of anybody that needs a house in North Florida, please let me know! It'd be great to sell it but sad as well. *sigh*
I don't really know what to say to Jason's post. He is absolutely amazing and I am so blessed to have him. We have had the best almost 2 years I could have asked for even though we've been through some hard times with family. We've learned though that hard times either bring people closer or drive them apart. It has definitely brought us so much closer to God and to each other. We had to rely on God and each other because we couldn't get through those times alone. I am thankful for the avenue of prayer and for God's scripture that is available to us all of the time as well as my sweet and understanding husband. God has blessed me very much.
I wish you all could know the joy that Jason brings to my life, with his laugh and his little looks, that little wink and a smile, his strength and wisdom (haha, yes, he's always been wiser), and many other admirable traits. I am a blessed woman to be able to spend each day with him and to grow closer to him and to our Lord. What an amazing thing that God created when he made man and woman and marriage. I am so sad that more people don't know what it really can be and how it the word "marriage" is drug through the mud (so to speak) all too often. I could go on forever. If you're not married, grow closer to God and the church that He died for, and if you are married do the same and it will make you closer to your spouse. Amazing how that works, isn't it?
Also, as an end note, I have learned that trials really DO make us stronger and that's how you grow. I am a stronger person today than I was a year ago and I am thankful for the trials that we went through to get there. That sounds crazy, but I wouldn't have grown and changed if I hadn't been forced to by trials. Thank God when trials come because that's when you grow and build character and grow closer to Him.
Ok, I'm done...almost. We are starting fresh in Warner Robins and we are very excited. The church here is great and it's good to be back where I grew up, even though it was hard to leave the church in Florida. But it's good to know they're still there, doing the Lord's work even while we are here in WR. Jason got a super job as a supervisor in Macon...I am so proud of him! I had 3 interviews this week and I am pretty sure that I will be working in Labor and Delivery/Family Birth Center in Macon. I'm pretty excited about it. We shall see though.
Love you all and sorry for the long post. When i DO post, I really have a problem with my fingers just going crazy.
