On Sunday afternoon my all-star team won the disrict tournement. We went 3-0 over the weekend. Now this upcoming weekend we go to the state tournement over in South Bend. In the District tournementI pitched in all three games and I was the winning pitcher in all three games. So I have had a great weekend.

Tomorrow morning starts the Vale Church of Christ's VBS!!!! If you are in northwest Indiana or around Valpo then you should make an effort to come. We will be studying the fruits of the spirts Sunday morning at 9:00, Sunday evening at 5:00 and Monday - Wednessday at 7:00. It will be a very uplifting half a week. Hope to see some of you there.

On Wednesday my Great Grandfather died. My family would really appreciate prays. His name was Leroy Johnson. He was 93 going on 94 later this month. And thank you to all those who have already been praying. On a lighter note, tomorrow after the funeral is over, my brother, my mom, amd I are going to the smokie moutains to spend some time with my cousins and grandparents. If you have never been to the smokie moutains I would recomend it for your next family vacation. It is a great place to see God's creation in its fullest. Have a great day.

This weekend I was gone because I had a teen weekend bible study in Columbia, Tennessee where my grandparents attend. A man named Frederic Gray came up from Temple Terrace came and was the speaker for the weekend. He came up with the theme Wholy Committed to God. It was great to see a lot of teens who have committed themselves to God. But I am happy to be back in valpo and in my home. Hope yall have a great day.

This is my first post in a while, sorry for the delay. But any way things are going great. Baseball starts pretty soon, first practice sunday at 2:00. And while all the baseball is going on I am in training for football next fall. So I'll be pretty busy for the next few months and the weird thing is that I kind of like being really busy.
Another thing that is awsome is that there was a baptism at our church last night. It was great to see her commit herself to the lord. Hope all is well with everyone out there.
