Seems like when it rains it pours!
He had some warts removed from his knee. This was my first ever dealing with warts. Tried freezing and a million home remedies. They helped but never got rid of them. We have a check up in 2 weeks. Connor was given the option to refreeze them at the dr or a shot and them cut out. He looked at Dr. Metry and said, "cut them out!"
Needless to say, he did a lot better than I did. He wanted to watch but they gave him a really cool I SPY book.
Then to the dentist. Then a trip back to the dentist next week to do the needed work.
Now we are off again this morning. I will have to write more about it later. NO it's not anything swine related.
He is a trooper though. He proudly tells everyone that he is the brave one! Meaning Payton is the "scardy cat."

The last 2 months have been really strange for us!
There's been a lot of people doing work on the house. It takes a huge toll on you. Don't know that I would ever want to build a house. Well maybe not for a while! LOL!
Things I have learned:
No matter who you have working in your house- YOU MUST stay right behind them and watch everything they do! It gets very costly when they do what they think will look good instead of asking what you think!
*Always get the bid in writing!
*If they tell you 2 days plan for 4 and get the that price also.
*Don't be afraid to tell them you want to do it different! It is your home and they don't live there.
*Don't pay them until the job is 100% done and the husband has seen it!
*Don't be afraid to tell them it is done wrong.
*I consider myself easy going and that is not the attitude to take with someone working on your house.
Now I am off to push water towards our new french drain that was put in the wrong place.
Hopefully the same things don't happen to you!
