It has been a shamefully long time since i have logged in and posted on here. My appologies! Well...not a whole lot has been up with me but i'll try to tell you what has. Yesterday evening i went to my cousin's restaurant called "Chester's Tavern" It's a REALLY good restaurant in Louisville. it got really good reviews from the paper so i was excited to go. The have amazing bread that has just a touch of sweetness to it. I got the Chicken Marsala which was a chicken breast cooked in a wine sauce with mushrooms and served with garlic mashpotatoes which were divine. My cousins from Florida were there too. Their ages are 3,4 and 8. Georgia is the four year old. She gave me some very pertinant advice: boys are silly. From the mouth of babes....but then she followed with "You know what i wish? I wish i was maccaroni and cheese cause then i could eat myself and lick all the cheese." She's a doll and you should all meet her when she comes and stays with me next year.
I haven't really done much else that sticks out in my memory. I've pretty much been working working working but it's fun and i get paid well. Oh, i did got to my towns battle of the bands concert which my good good friend kyle white was in. He was in a band called Cowboy Warehouse and i absolutely loved them. They have lots of talent and have done a lot of shows, but sadly do to college, they are having to split up, but they promise it won't be for long.
Two exciting things are going to be happening this summer. One is that friday i'm going to Indy to see Nickel Creek in concert. Me=stoaked! I love thier music and for those of you who aren't open minded enough to listen to anything bluegrassy...you suck. THe second exciting thing is that Tonya Taylor and yours truly are going to be the Omega Society leaders at Ohio camp. Can we say fun? We've decided that they might as well put Omega's name on the trophey cause it's ours! But on a more humble note, i'm excited cause i'll get to work with the little kids a lot and get them really pumped up. And maybe the older boys will want to come to the meetings since their leaders are hot...okay so that wasn't so humble but i have good intentions.

About how in the past three days everything hos gone wrong...then it told me i had to login again and i lost all of that. Soo...that is just one instance of the craziness that has been my life the past couple of days. To sum up...I was about an inch away from being in a head on colusion but luckily there was a corn field that i could go into to avoid the lady who was driving the wrong way in my lane. I got a ticket for speeding because my near death experience had made me late picking up my brother...all of this was on tuesday when i also said some very stupid things that didn't need to be said to people. Forgive me, i was emotional. Yesterday, after church the Grants (as in Ben Grants parents) came over to talk with me and my best friend Aubrey about some things that had been gonig on with a family from church. I have shed many tears over all the things that have been said and have happened with them and last night was no exception. I woke up today already 30mins late for work and rushed here as soon as i could and tried to avoid my boss so that he wouldn't know. Now i'm starving, but feel like i shouldn't take my lunch cause i was so late, but i think it wouldn't do me very good to not eat and if you know about my condition i can't function when i don't eat. So i think i'll take a really short lunch...man this has been a week.

So i'm listening to some of the RENT soundtrack, great great soundtrack. I am just know getting my room put together because i've been working all week and have been too lazy the rest of the time to do anything. I just saw the movie "Down with Love" last night. BEST MOVIE EVER. No joke. It's hilarious and I would reccomend it to everyone. Ewan is a hottie and Renee is so cute it's almost sickening. I completed my first week at my new job which i love! It's really a nice job for me to have over the summer and i get paid really well...fun times. I really don't have anything extremely interesting to talk about except that yesterday I saw what could have been the most true thing ever. I was waiting to pull out of Wendy's when all the sudden i see the very large, perhaps extremely large man, riding on a very large bright orange tractor. Not that it was funny that he was driving a tractor in the middle of town, but he was also talking on a cell phone. I laughed so hard. It might have been one of those things you have to see for it to be funny, but beleive me...it was hilarious. Very random.

Well, to day makes it a week since i've seen all you guys from FC. We had a lecture this weekend at my home church with Ralph Walker. It was amazing! The theme was storm warnings and he talked about how to deal with storms in our life. They lesson were so helpful and very insightful. I miss everyone sooo very much. It hit me last night how long it is going to seem til i'm at FC again. Although this summer is going to be awesome and very productive for me (i have two jobs which equals money which equals woohoo!) it's going to kill me. I guess i'm one of those people who leave home and don't really need to come back. however, as much of a negative attitude as i could and may seem to have about this summer, i have big plans to help encourage the HS and the MS ages at my church. Pray that i can be a good example and help! Well nothing terribly exciting has happened to me since i've been home but i'll keep you updated!
