SUMMER!! :D Haha, oh how I've missed it. And did I mention, my birthday is coming up? Yeah, that's right, I'll be 15 years of age on June 1st. :D My party is this coming Monday. :D So excited! And also, we leave for the beach on June 2nd! :D Ahhh! How's that for a birthday present? Haha, we're going to be staying at Emerald Beach Resort in Panama City Beach in Florida. That resort is AMAZING. It has a Starbucks in it. Which makes me very, very, VERY happeh. :D Alice in Wonderland also comes out on DVD on my birthday, so Mother said she would get it for me. This also makes me very happy. Very. :) So, it feels so amazing to have summer here again, I love it. I laid out by the pool and swam yesterday, slept till 11:00 today, and ate a Poptart and drank coffee for breakfast at 12:30. xD I get my braces of July 8th, which makes me relieved and excited at the same time. :D The other day, I spent the night with Kirston. We had a Johnny Depp movie marathon. Haha. It wasn't much of a marathon. We watched Edward Scissorhands, Benny and Joon, and The Breakfast Club also. They immeadiately made my favorite list of movies. :D So, while I was in the Johnny Depp mode, when I got home, I watched all three of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. :) I love Captain Jack. :D And they are making a fourth one, which just makes me giddy. Haha. I'm kind of nervous about getting my permit, I've only read through (skimmed haha) that book only once or twice, so I need to get to it. Lol. Also, I almost have a full nail on my finger which I broke back in January! Woo! Lol. So, I'm a sophomore. I'm excited. I'm getting older, which means more priveleges. :D Haha. So, I have a whole stock of books to read over the summer. I've started reading the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson (love him!) and it's quite interesting. :D Also, I'm going with my friend, her older sister and some of her older sister's college friends to a "college party" as my friend, Haven, calls it. I told this to my dad, he started freaking out. Even though he's known Haven, and her sister, Haley, since they were born, he was still a little iffy. So, I had Haven ask Haley what all would be going on and Haley assured my parents that all the guests are honors kids, and we're drinking KoolAid. Haha. So they're letting me go. At the party, we're going to watch Twilight, and then New Moon, then at about 11:30 or so, we will be leaving and then going to see the midnight premiere of Eclipse :D. I'm so happy! Haha. I also must say, the handful of my friends who can drive and have cars is insanely cool. A few weeks ago, I rode with my friend, Taylor, who's about to turn 18 in September, to the Rice Box, where we met Grace, Zac, and Summer. After we ate, Taylor had to go play a gig with his band at Battle of the Bands, so Grace, Zac, Summer and I went to Wal-Mart. xD Haha. On to my shows of the summer. Lost ended last Sunday. The finale satisfied me, but also made me bawl my eyes out. So sad, yet so amazing! Also, at least I still have Flashforward since my other favorite show got cancelled. Haha. Well, Taylor and another band he's in put music to one of the songs I wrote and played it at Relay for Life. They did an amazing job, I got so much compliments from people, some of which I didn't know (Taylor made sure to point me out so they all knew where and who I was lol) and it made me cry. Happy tears! Haha. I've written 26 songs. Woo! Lol.
Well, sorry for the extremely long post. Haha.
Much love,
-Haley
P.S. Anyone know how to put pictures in your post? I really want to, but I don't know how. =/

Oh, where to start on that girl.
She kind of used to be a role model to me when she was on Hannah Montana, and she's still a role model to other kids today. She even said in an interview that she wasn't going to turn out like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan. Well, look at her now. She's a HORRIBLE role model to little girls who look up to her. She recently bought a house that her and her boyfriend are going to movie into and live together, she is barely dressed in her music videos, and her music videos are WAY inappropriate. I mean, has anyone seen the music video for "Can't Be Tamed"? It's awful! She's barely dressed, dancing in a cage, with men touching her inappropriately. She's only 17 and she's acting like she's 25. This is why she totally disgusts me now, and I cringe whenever I hear her name. Also at the Teen Choice Awards, she was performing "Party In The U.S.A.", when she stood up on a rolling ice cream cart with a pole attached to it. She proceeded to slide down the pole and back up. What a wonderful thing to let your children see. Why, Miley, why?
Sorry for the rant.

Hello, all. First of all: I saw Alice in Wonderland last night and it two words- TOTALLY EPIC!!! I loooooved it! Tim Burton is a GENIUS, I tell you!! Haha, and Johnny Depp! Oh, how I love him:D I loved the March Hare, too! Hahaha, my favorite quotes from the March Hare was "...spoon!" and also "Ohhhh NO!" They were both said in a Scottish accent. Which made them even more hilarious:D And also, in the movie my favorite part was toward the end when the Hatter was dancing. XD The whole theater was cracking up throughout the movie. :D Also, last Monday we started the third and last trimester at school. The only thing I dislike about third tri is that I have Algebra 1 again. Which I hate. Haha. :P.
And also, happy UNbirthday to YOUUUU!!!! XD

Hola! Heh. Yeah...I hate Spanish...ANYWAY...guess what?! I get to stay home and not go to school all this week! :D. This makes me happy. What also makes me happy is:
-You know when you're so bored you'll do ANYTHING? Well, that happened to me today. I ended up putting away the clean dishes, putting the dirty ones in the dishwasher, cleaned my room, cleaned the living room, cleaned the kitchen, did the laundry, AND folded all the clean clothes and put away my clean clothes. After I told Mother about this, she said that she would buy me the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack! :D. Which includes: Avril Lavigne, 3OH!3, Tokio Hotel, Motion City Soundtrack, Metro Station, All Time Low, and basically all the other kinds of bands I like:D.
-My grandma on Dad's side got moved out of ICU to a regular room.
-New episode of Lost tonight!
-Going to Florence with Grandmama (she's on Mom's side) tomorrow. We're going to the Florence library (it's HUGE.)
-I got an app on my iPod, and it has 101 classic novels on it! So I can read my classics anywhere now! I'm reading Pride and Prejudice right now, I've read Jane Eyre. Fantastic book.
-I'm done with English, Biology, AND Business Tech for the year.
-FBLA field trip is coming up! We're going shopping and also going to see The Wizard of Oz from Broadway at the VBC.
-The concert band competition is also coming up too, I won't be able to participate though. I went to the Bone and Joint clinic yesterday. I kept telling my parents I didn't think my finger was healed and that it was still hurting. They insisted it was indeed healed though. But guess what? It wasn't. No, the tip of my finger is crushed into ten, yes TEN, little fragments. When the doctor showed us the X-ray I looked at Mom and smiled and said "Told ya." Heh. :) Lol.
-Alice in Wonderland is coming out soon! And this film was made by Tim Burton, which makes it amazing. I love all of his movies. And, if you have a Tim Burton movie, Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp will most likely be in it. :D. In this one, Johnny Depp is playing the Mad Hatter, while as Helena Bonham Carter is playing the infamous Red Queen. Also, Anne Hathaway is playing the White Queen. I saw the trailer and flipped out. Mainly becuase it looked like pure amazingness, and also, Demi Lovato's "Remember December" was featured in it. It's one of my favorite songs. And Demi's one of my favorite singers, also.
-I'm probably going shopping sometime this week with my Mommy. :D.
-I saw the trailer for The Last Airbender. It...was...epic. If you didn't know already, the movie is from a Nickelodeon TV show called Avatar: The Last Airbender. I used to watch it all the time. But then the season finale came, and it was over. :(. Sadness.
-Sonny wtih a Chance! New season starts Sunday, March 14th! EEP! I loveth that show. It has Demi Lovato AND Sterling Knight is in it. Also, Sterling was amazing in his Disney Channel Original Movie, Starstruck. He also sang a song and did a music video for it that was also entitled "Starstruck." He was amazing in those things, too. :D.
Now, I finish you with some quotes!
"Some say to survive it, you need to be as mad as a hatter. Which, luckily, I am." -Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter (Alice in Wonderland.)
"OFF WITH HER HEAD!!!" and "I need a pig for my feet!" -Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen (Alice in Wonderland.)
"This is true love--you think this happens every day?" -Westley from the Princess Bride. :D.
"Peace out, suckas!!!" -Sterling Knight as Chad Dylan Cooper (Sonny with a Chance.)
Hehe. :D. Love you guyses!

HEY! I'm back. :D Wow. It's been a while since I posted. =/. Sorry 'bout that. Lol. Anywho, I'm typing this post with a broken finger. Oh yeah. I have skills. Haha. Wanna hear about my broken finger?? :D Ha.
Soooo....I broke my finger about two weeks ago. It's my ring finger on my left hand. (WARNING: This next part may be very...gross. So, in case you don't mind hearing gross stuff, don't read this next part. I warned you.) Okay. So here's the deal. I'm jumping on my trampoline on a VERY windy day, I come in and shut the door. Everything should be fine, right? Wrong. I kind of LEFT my finger IN the door. So, pain shoots through my body, I rip my finger out of the door. My whole left hand is numb by this point. I go upstairs, and when I get about halfway up, I look down and notice that my finger and part of my hand is completely covered in blood. Plus, my fingernail is hanging off. So, naturally, I scream. I look in the mirror, I'm crying hysterically because the pain caught up with me. So, dad decides I need to go o the doctor. I love my doctor, I've known him for quite some time. But bad news, he's in the hospital with a broken jaw. So I ask where we're going, because my doctor is in Greenhill, and we are going toward Florence. Dad and mom look back at me and tell me that they are taking me to the emergency room. I start freaking out. We get to the emergency room, I'm still crying, they take my vitals, then after waiting for a little while we get a room. The nurse looks at it and calls in a doctor. So the doctor looks at it and she decides that they need to move me to a medical bay. So we go to the medical bay, we wait again. A doctor comes in. Turns out, my nail has no hope of being replaced, and I have a cut on my nailbed. So, I now have a bloody, fingernailess, finger. They take me to a back room, get an X-ray, and whaddya know. I broke the tip of my finger. We go back to the room and wait for AGES. The doctor comes back in, glues my cut shut, bandages it and puts a splint on it. So now, I still have my splint. My finger looks better. My nail is going to take some time to grow back though. I have an appointment next Monday at the Bone and Joint Clinic. Whee.
Soooo....there's my interesting, but nasty, story of how I broke my finger.
Heh. OH! Also, you all need to listen to "Fix You" by Coldplay. One of my favorite songs of all time. And...LOST! New season! (If you don't know already, I'm obsessed with that show.) It makes me sad that it's the final season, but at least my favorite character is still on there. And all of my fave characters that got killed off are coming back this season! -does happy dance-
Peace.
-Haley
That's so exciting that your birthday is coming up soon! I hope you have a good one and Happy early Birthday. =) Hey, don't sweat the permit test. It's not that hard.
What kind of songs do you write? And if you've told me before, remind me, what instrument do you play? That's amazing that you've written 26 songs by 15! I've done some funny little lyrics with borrowed tunes with my brothers and sister but they are for family jokes and stuff. Never anything serious. And it's so cool that your friend played one of your songs at the Relay for Life event! You must be really talented. =)
Yeah, the test isn't that bad. I got my permit this year. I know, I know- " Julie! You waited until 17 to get a permit?!" =P I was too busy to fool with it until now, and I do NOT want to drive. The only reason I got it was because I had to have picture ID to go see my brother in PR and my parents wouldn't just let me get an ID card. =P
Yeah, but now I'm stuck with learning how to drive because my sister is moving away. so I have to drive myself to school. Bummer. So this summer I will be learning how to drive. =/
