25 weeks!

So I am 2 days away from being there but then only a week away from being in the 3rd trimester!!! And I feel so unprepared. With Caelan we had his room done, name picked out, a baby shower so we were set. I even started planning and going to birthing classes by the end of September. This poor baby has a room theme picked out but that just happened, otherwise we have been at a loss for EVERYTHING. We can't think of names and the times I try to set aside for actually devoting to the baby either Mark, myself or both fall asleep from exhaustion. It hasn't helped that we have been put under preassure all week to do certain things but at least we are here and going.

I listed 3 rentals earlier this week but need to take pictures today but I HAVE to wait for Mark or at least do it in daylight but still with Caelan it makes me a little hesitant. And then after Mark gets off head to Hallsville where we are listing 5.32 acres! If only we had the money, well I need to see the place too but it sounds and from ariel views seems like a dream. There is a doublewide on the property that is livable, a newer huge metal shed, pond, storm shelter, utlities and all for a decent price. The killer is because the double wide does not have a HUD sticker loans are harder to come by. But if today is anything like yesterday I have a feeling I will be going to bed again at 8:00!

Next weekend we head to Lexington for the Old Homes Tour. But I ask for your prayers alot has been going on there which may make Caelan and I stay for an extended time. Yesterday a little boy in town was killed, we think he was playing on the apple crates (family owned apple orchard) and fell between suffercating, my cousin (more like sister) has been having tests done and we should find out next week the results but one of the possibilities is Lupus; she just turned 20 (we are very concerned since we lost a cousin ealier this year suddenly), Her brother was just hired on at the lumber yard and 2 days later the main buildings ac caused a fire, my brother will be having part of his gum removed, and my mom is going in for testing for her Crohn's since it has been acting up pretty bad (last time it was this bad was when she was first diagnosed in 1998).

We also have started Caelan's preschool homeschooling. So far it has been awesome, granted we have only done it a day but he has been so excited and the curriculum set up wonderfully definitly recommend it. So off for our run around the neighborhood before school and work.

Happy Day

‎3 day accident free! So happy my little boy is out of diapers, at least we get about a 20 week break before his little brother arrives :-D

Just under 2 days before Mark has a 3 day weekend! I am so excited, we are getting up earlyish (if I can sleep) lunch with his parents and then heading to KC for a few days. We probably will come home on Sunday and work on Caelan's room, we are so close to getting it finished. If only the frog tape didn't fall off the wall the other day we would have everything but the closet, door, and fan to finish.

Our best friends are back in town for a couple of weeks so it has been a great few days just going across the street for playdates and having a worn out little boy in the evening. It also helps that while I am sick I have someone else to keep Caelan occuppied. Well off to shower, have lunch with Mark and another playdate this afternoon. This week definitly makes up for last week!

9 DAYS!!!

I can't wait for next weekend!!! We are trying to space out our working weekends to every other week and this is suppose to be one of the big work weekends. But other exciting things is that Caelan has not been in a diaper for a week now, I know you are excited, still has daily accidents but he is getting so much better. I still have to take him instead of him actually telling me but as long as I remember then we go accident free.

We have been spending a lot of time outside in this HOT weather but it has been worth it, CentralMO is taking off and exercise has been holding strong despite having to take 2 weeks off for camp and wedding stuff.

On our work weekends we paint Caelan's room for fun, but also have to finish digging trenches, trimming bushes (as soon as I get a gas hedge trimmer), ripping out walls, and foundation work! All to be done by Sept 7. It will be work but I am finally through the stressful July to get back to enjoying it, I hope.

Ok off to run, hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!

Quick update

Retirement party was a success, by the time it was time to eat I was to tired though.
Camp was AWESOME!!! Loved my cabin, missed Caelan but Mark brought him on Wed evening.
The counselors/directors stayed up until 2:30 each night catching up since we all went to camp together.
Once home I crashed for the next 4 days, only enough energy to for bursts.
Found a dress and now need to get Caelan's outfit together.
Sister arrived last night and now we have a wedding in 24 hours!

As much as I am looking forward to it I can't wait until Saturday, hopefully things will settle down for a few weeks...

Ok time to get dressed for rehersal.
