The Statue of Liberty

Two of the tax places here--H&R Block and Liberty Tax Service have people who stand out on the road to wave at people. Honestly I don't think I would go to H&R Block because of the lady in the Lime Green Feathered Hat--but maybe some would.

Liberty has a person dressed as the Statue of Liberty. Last year during tax season the Statue of Liberty (with moustache and goatee) was standing out on the street talking on his cell phone--I laughed all the way home

Today on the way home from services another Liberty (with moustache and beard) was standing out on the street leaning on one of those canes with the three-pronged base. I hoped it wasn't a social commentary--the Statue of Libery on it's last leg. I took a picture on my cell phone and I will try to figure out how to get it on here.

I am thinking of taking pictures of the Statues of Liberty--last week--he or she--on that one I couldn't tell--was out on the street dancing. It might make a funny scrapbook page or maybe I could send them all to Jay Leno.
