Downstairs Bathroom

Steven told me that the downstairs toilet needed pulled up and reseated and I guess being inspired by Paul and Amy's remodel once he got the commode up he removed all the vinyl from the floor.

We went and looked at tile yesterday. Some of it is so beautiful but it takes me absolutely forever to make a decision about something like that. Now we are discussing new cabinet and sink and do we want to put the dollars into this basement bathroom, or possibly move the counter with a few modifications from the upstairs bathroom and get the new for up there--so it appears as though we are remodeling at least one bathroom. Of course I found a cabinet that I really liked yesterday at Lowe's--and we won't tell Steven, but I wonder if we should just change the downstairs out to a shower only while we are at it.

And of course, I didn't take any before pictures.

    i tried to replace a light switch in our bathroom on saturday. of course it was one of the overly-complicated ones that you have to special order so i couldn't finish it...
