school has started

and it's going to be very exhausting. i am taking 12 hours in class and 6 hours online... 18 hours total. BUT... i have two goals for this semester: 1) stay positive and 2) don't procrastinate. so far i'm doing a pretty good job with both. I have a paper due next tuesday and it's already done and i'm completely caught up in my online classes. i think i'm gonna survive as long as i stay on top of my assignments and not wait until the last minute (like i usually do.)

in other news:

we are going on a ski trip to santa fe in february. i've never been skiing before so i'm really looking forward to it. my aunt and uncle live in santa fe so it will be great to see them! i haven't seen them since we drove Jen home from wyoming 2 summers ago.
