I have to admit that I am quite surprised that you quit facebook and all others, but I am proud of you. You are becoming a wonderful woman of God and I am so blessed to have you for a sister:) Love you and can't wait to see you. I'll try to put pics up of the girls this weekend. We are getting really excited to come down--lots of packing and repacking going on.
I'd love to bring home the Love Comes Softly movies since I haven't seen them all yet and have been wanting too.

Yes, I remember that recipe--it's one of Andy's favorites.

Poppyseed Chicken

6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked with seasoning salt, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup (11 oz each)
16 oz sour cream
Crushed cheese crackers
1 stick butter
Poppyseeds

Place chicken in bottom of pan. Mix together soup and sour cream and pour over top of chicken. Pour crushed crackers on top and sprinkle poppyseeds on. Melt butter and pour evenly over top. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until bubbly.

so this semesters classes = completed!

time for a much needed winter break! :)

one 3 semesters left for now...why did i choose to get a bachelors?! GRR but i guess its going by pretty fast.

hmm. still dont know what im doing after FC. (story of my life)

also. doesnt it seem like A LOT of people are getting engaged and married. its pretty insane.
but then again.
im getting older. so i guess it makes sense. cant believe im 21. (grimace)

i cant believe im still using pleonast. a post once every year constitutes using it right? haha

weeeeeellllllll. i guess i should focus on some finals now. 4 and then home! yay!

Here i am. heading back to fc...for a 3rd year. i think im going to go for the liberal studies degree. hmm.

summer=loved it. full of adventures. mostly traveling. i love traveling. france, jamaica, and canada, all in just a couple months. i am such a lucky girl.

well. i think thats about all i can update on for now! :)

Glad you had such a wonderful summer. I'm quite jealous of all the places you've been able to visit. Granted I suppose I could just drive to Canada tomorrow if I wanted to.

Anyways, best of luck with your 3rd year and deciding what it'll actually be used for.

this is going to be a busy week! :]

Well first I'm finishing up my third semester of college this week.

3 finals monday
2 finals tuesday
1 final thursday
leave for louisville thursday night
hang out with old friends/hang with new ones friday
my cousins wedding saturday
drive & arrive home in minnesota sometime sunday

AHH! i can't believe ive made it this far. school is almost over. one more semester until graduation...unless i choose to continue my education. i havent really decided what i wanted to do yet. or where i want to end up.

here are some places im considering living next year:
minnesota
north carolina
oregon
new york/new jersey

(notice how all these places have seasons...yeah...)

im seriously ripping out my hair because i have no idea what im doing. and trust me, im praying about it so much. but seriously, im 20. usually that means you are supposed to have some idea of what you are supposed to be doing. but no. not a clue.

haha i know, i know. you will tell me i have time to figure it out. im sure i will but its frustrating right now. hmmm.

well. sorry this was sort of a depressing blog. but

3 of your places are all places Emily and I would like to live someday. As far as not knowing what you want to do...just look at me. i've been all over the place and have done a couple things already. the fact that you're praying about it a lot is going to make whatever happens the right thing for you. you will make the best of whatever you find yourself doing. Trust in God...trust me, it works. and trust me, too, when i say you mean more to me than i've probably ever expressed :)

Guess what? There are about 11-12 days of class left with 4 days of finals and then im officially finished with my freshmen year of college...yeah i cant believe it either.

haha and now is the time to start thinking about my summer. i have no idea what im going to do! i want to find a job but i think itll be pretty hard finding one. hmm. i think i already know what im doing the last two weeks, JAMAICA (mission trip?) so that should be fun and something to look forward to but until then, ?. i would really like to travel! but who knows, any ideas? lol

on another note. ive been going to my adviser who is trying to help me figure out a major. boy, thats hard! can anyone think of anything im good at?

next year, obviously, im planning on coming back to FC. ive already signed up for classes but its stressing me out that i cant find a roommate!! i waited too long to try and find one...it'll be hard getting a room in the NEW DORM when im single. but i think itll work out, everything always does i guess. after FC i have no idea what im planning on...sigh

i have been blessed with knowing so many people who dont go to FC here. its nice having other people close to my age to talk to who arent in the FC bubble.
