Went to the doctor today and got myself a very nice bruise from
where they drew my seven vials of blood. I'm so glad I have good
veins when she goes to pokin' on me!

Any who .. Dr. V. Rod. (as I call her) Dr. Rodriguez (for the rest of you)
told me that if my levels are up where they need to be then radiation
will be moved up. My blood work has a rush on it for wednesday results.
Mom and everybody else that sees her has to wait one to two weeks. Hehe
I'm special like that.

I must admit.. I do long for the quiet a hospital room. But I will miss
my sweet wittle duncan!! He's such a momma's boy! And i'm such
a puppy spoiler!! (duncan is full grown.. He keeps me warm and barks
at anything out of the norm when karl's working).. Oh.. (and he's a
Miniature daschund!)

Well, it's time for bed.

Went in for my two year body scan and it came back positive.. I was hoping to fail this test.
But, it happens and i've gone through this once and I can do it again.
I have a lot of family and friends supporting me and all i'm asking for is prayers.

I don't have a lot of information to give you except they told me the body scan showed a "definite spot".
Which means it's bigger than small, but not big enough for surgery... Yet.
I have to go in for another neck ultrasound on april 10th. Not sure why though.
My big dose of radiation is scheduled for april the 22nd.
I will be hospitalized for a few days then can't leave the house afterwards for a few more.
The larger dose can actually effect adults not just children like the scan dose did.

I really think that's about it. Just pray.. This is my second time with cancer.. It's not a shock..
I was prepared for it to come back. We ALL want the radiation to work!!

Thank you for all of the prayers and concern already shown.

oohhh...got a new phone!!! numbers the same. it's the new blackberry storm with the screen that "clicks" when you touch it. it's awesome!! it's too smart for me, but i've learned how to check pleonast with it. so, i can get on wherever i'm at when i'm bored. it is tooooo smart though... my intellect stops at locking the keys and unlocking them... oh.. and i've learned to blind karl with the flash on the camera right before driving! haha!!

oh.. the original said pick ten people to have repost or some junk like that.. but i thought it really looked like fun and i was listening to my blackberry and it just meshed... sooo.. if you're jammin' to music, or feel the urge to play some music post this yourself!! i was laughing so!!! hard on some of these. the titles are hilarious on some, and a few the titles aren't what's so funny it's the songs that fit so well!! and of course, you know your music better than anyone!

i've been asked so frequently so i'll post on it.

we're about 80% of the way done with remodeling the entire house.
we still have to:

(before move in)

-finish painting the baseboards and put them back in: bedroom 2, bedroom 3, kitchen, living rm., hallway 1, hallway 2, guest bathroom, formal dining, entry, bedroom 2 3 & hall closets
(that job sounds a lot easier typed out!!)

-finish tiling dining room (half way done), and entry

-move new refrigerator in from garage.
(that job sounds a lot easier typed out too, cause i sure can't move it!!)

- clean the entire living area of the house... yucky dusty dirty ewww!!!

after we get moved in with the basics.. the mattresses.. (we already have a bedroom suit there) we're gonna finish the entire master suite (bedroom, bathroom, seperate sink area in the room that i still don't get, and the walk in closet) which is actually the last thing we're doing. kinda dumb of us since that's where we'll be spending the most time.. but that's the pickiest room since it's ours. all the painting is done except those baseboards and touch ups. it's just tile and trim left which is a pain to do since the master is huge! also, i could tile the floors faster if i wasn't so picky of them being straight!! however, i am getting faster at tiling.. either i'm getting less picky, or straighter faster! lets go with the prettier option.

oh yeah, karl's gonna build us a white picket fence for duncan to have free run in the back yard for potty trips!! yay!! he will be very excited... as long as he quits attacking the lemon tree and realizes they aren't balls to play with he's okay!

okay.. it's time to get off of here. i have work tomorrow, and i'm finally exhausted. hope you all have a great day.

more goofy questions.. i'm feeling questiony today.. hehe.

why is it that when you cook spaghettios or something like that it's always waaaayyyy too hot to eat for like five minutes when you're really hungry right then??

why is it that my dog always wants to chew his rawhide on my leg?? (thank goodness i wear blue jeans cause bare legs and raw hides would really hurt!! also... glad i went with a miniature daschund!!)

why is it that the mockingbird keeps attacking the chrome on the front of my suv????? (it keeps using it's beak and it's claws!! i think karl might be shooting another bird soon if i dont first!!)

why is it that we only crowd around the table once a year to stuff our faces with turkey and dressing?? (karl has been wanting dressing for months and months now.. i think there should be some time around may where we do the same thing!!)

okay.. time to go.. gotta get busy around here.
