Do u know what drives me insane??People who think they are so rightous and good then go into movies that are rated "R" (4 a good reason!) and who use words that are "close to being wrong" and joke about things that are NOT FUNNNY just wrong!think of it this way,if jesus was right beside u would He think it was funny to joke about gay people or that kinda stuff??....let me help u with this one-NOOOOO! arrrrgh!then these same people argue with everybody else about what they are doing wrong!!!WORK ON YOUR OWN CAREFUL-NESS BEFORE YOU QUESTION SOMEONE ELSE'S!!!!!!!!...........the bottom line is we need to be careful NOT to look like the world and we ALSO need to watch out on the other side the pathway not to fall in the other ditch-thinking our shelves so rightous that we through around the word of God frivolously as if WE have authority from GOD to do so!!!useing bible verses just to make ourselves look "smart"we need to use the word of God with care and not use His word in little "catch phrases" and a way to look good in front of other christains.the man who is truely rightous is the one who doesn't spout out verses to make himself look wise but treats the word with care and in context and keeps himself un-spotted from the world.

Those are great thoughts Pami. I agree with you entirely. I have people in my life who seem to think they are more righteous than others, just because they have been Christians for a longer time and think they can "bible-thump" at anyone. One thought a wise man once said "church is a place where sinners go, because they're sinners" That thought helps me when I get frustrated at people who seem to have a holier-than-thou attitude.

totally agree!!!!! Especially with movies, cuz there are a whole bunch of 'em that have horrible language and content, and several of my "christian" friends watch these movies wihtout a second thought...we have forgotten how to blush (MR. Kerr's favorite pet peve (sp?))

Okay....this has been bothering me 4 a while...i'm sick of how obsessed this country has become with how other people look.Like WHO CARES?!?!?!!I'm sick of all u girls dating those guys based on how cute they are!AND all u guys who go out with only the most beautiful girls u can find!
Why can't people look past how people look on the OUTSIDE and look at what's REALLY important-how beautiful they are on the inside,How much they love God,their modesty,and their ability to not try 2 fit into this world in the way they DRESS and the way they SPEAK.So alll i'm trying 2 say is that we have got 2 stop looking at the way people look and start looking at who they ARE.If some people would just DO that,they might be surprised at what they'd find.

We're the worst here. We have gay clubs for goodness sake at that local highschool i don't go to!
