I'm leaving for florida right now. and I am SO excited.

I absolutely love this organization and everything they stand for.

I just read something written by them. they constantly speak of how we are not alone, and although you may feel like you are, you are not.

it amazes me to think that without the wonderful family and friends God has given me, I wouldn't have made it through these past few years.

you cannot do life alone. there are times when you fall, and at those times you need God and others to carry you through to the other side.

I am so lucky that I have this. That I have the best family and two of the best friends anyone could ask for.

p.s. I leave for florida a month from tomorrow!

I got in a pretty bad car accident yesterday. well, pretty bad for my car and bad enough that when I opened my eyes and saw light I wondered if I was still alive. my car is totalled, but I'm alive amd so are my friends. Thank God. I'm a little sore, but other than that I am good. It's things like this that make you realize how short life is and how quickly it can end.

in other news, yesterday was also my last day of high school. :] yayyy! it's over. I graduate wednesday, then it is official. :]

I move in 56 days, exactly 8 weeks from today.

here's to making the summer all it can be and more.

I'm glad you're okay! Since you and your friends had no injuries, you're very lucky considering how awful your car looked!

i'd also suggest into the wild. i devoured that book in like, 12 hours...but i slept for about 8 of those hours. :) read it before you watch the movie.

i know, isn't it amazing? ok read the twilight series fo sho...and "love is a mixtape"...and "sex, drugs, and cocoa puffs" (it's not what you think. i read it when i was your age and it's one of my faves)...and if you like nonfiction then check out big russ and me by tim russert and the greatest generation by tom brokaw. i cried in both. haha.

senior awards

so tonight was our senior awards. and I'm going to brag because I worked hard for my gpa. I don't know what it is exactly but it's over 3.5 and I get a special tassel haha :]

then they totally suprised me and called me on stage for the scholarship I recieved...I wasn't expecting to have to go up there. it was kinda cool...in a nerdy way.

but as I was talking to my friend tonight she pointed out that after next friday...we're done. completely. the next week we don't go to school until graduation. it's almost here. it's almost over. so close. and not so far. I'm so ready. I'm so done. and I am SO excited.

for those who were wondering...I leave for fc in 66 days :]

I still can't get over California schools going until mid June. I guess the heat out here is what plans our school years (August - May). Congrats on your achievements! Your hard work is finally paying off. You're going to love FC, I hope!
