Update is finally here!
It has been such a long time since I have been on here I wouldn't know where to start. So much has happened in our lives in the past month or so. My husband passed out and hit the back of his head the 28th of May. He had bleeding and had to be admitted to the hospital. He was in the hospital for a couple of days and when he came home we had to go back to the ER on Sunday morning only to find out he had broken ribs. Tuesday he had a pacemaker put in. He is now recovering from that as well as the broken ribs. Hopefully, when we go back to the doctor on Thursday he will be cleared to drive. He hasn't driven in a month except to take me to the ER last Thursday night, the 18th. I slipped and fell on the porcelene tile in our kitchen. I cut the inside of my mouth pretty bad and it took 4 stitches and the doctor had to dermabond the outside of my lip. For our anniversary we had doctors appointments and physical therapy. We did go out to dinner that Tuesday night. Our children decided we needed a break with everything that had been going on the weekend before so they took us out to dinner at Sweet Tomatoes. We enjoyed spending time with the family. We were given some flowers and nice cards. Also, Michele bought a delicious chocolate cake that we had to eat. That meant so much to me and I hope my husband enjoyed it, too. I'm not sure how much he enjoyed the flowers but getting them meant a lot to me.
I hope we have a little less excitement over the next month. Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

Hopefully the most exciting thing next month will be our trip to Williamsburg. Glad Dad was able to go to church Wednesday. -
Well, you two have had a time of it!! Hope things go better. Thanks for the comment. We have had a warm welcome from the congregation here. I appreciate that. There are people I've known forever here, people we know from other places, like camp, and lots of people to meet. A neat mix. -
Sure hope things have changed for the better now. You both have been in my prayers. We truly enjoyed having the kids here last week -they are SO precious. Everyone left this morning, so it's REALLY quiet around here now! Take care and have a good week! -
Wow, I see you finally made it back on here too :) Glad Richard is doing better now. What a scare! -
I hope and pray your carpal tunnel surgery goes well. We're doing fine, although Gary is pretty swamped at work right now - a BIG deadline is approaching at the end of this month. Take Care!
