UPDATE:
Some of you know that I am back in school taking a master's program. While reading the text in my American Jurisprudence class, I came across the following quote:
We are under a Constitution, but the Constitution is what the Court says it is.
This quote is from U.S. Supreme Court Justice Charles Evans Hughes who occupied the bench from 1930-1941.
What do you think about this quote and its source?

See, I'm still on Pleo :) I think the quote it sad but true which is why every time someone is nominated for the SC, it is scary.
