Today...

Today my sister and I went to the mall for four and a half hours and walked out only with two bottles of nail polish. We went in probably half the stores at the mall. And that's a lot of stores when you really think about how many there are. I found SO many cute picks but didn't have the money. I still don't have a job. We went into a store (struggling for the name) where it was mostly formal dresses. We took a couple each and tried them on and took pictures, you know, the norm with girls. Haha. At around 2:30, we met up with a friend from church, Alex. But he was only there for about half an hour :( SONIC was in the food court! I've never seen a SONIC in the FOOD COURT! I love Sonic so of course that's what I had for lunch. We discovered a new store called Earthbound Trading Co... It was awesome. There were many things that were odd but strangely attracted my interest. The kind of store that would sell incense. I can't explain the store. It was basically a store of many cultures. Different things from the Natives, Japan, South Africa. Just an awesome store. In that store, we found masks. The kind of masks like on The Phantom of the Opera. Colorful, with a handle, with the feathers. It gave me this strange idea.A MASQUERADE!! My 18th b-day is coming up (kind of) in December and I want my 18th to be the best. I mean, it's my 18TH! So, I've decided that I'm going to search the city for a big party room to borrow for a Saturday. And I'm goin all out: decorations covering the walls, formal dresses, a king and queen including crowns (my father and mother), high quality masks provided at the door, food, food, food. You might be thinking "dream on" or "wow she's spoiled", but believe it or not I plan on paying for it. I figured if I could get a job by September, I could save a portion of each paycheck and have enough. I am so excited! Usually when given this much time to plan a big event, details change quite a bit so I expect to add or take away things here and there.Since school will be starting soon, routine will have it's part in the "house" again (once we have one lol). Once it does, I plan to become healthier. I feel gross right now. I don't know for sure but I feel that I've gained weight in the past few months, and I don't like that feeling. Somewhere in my routine I want to work out and be active to where I don't feel like eating as much. I'm 5'8" and a few months ago I weighed 170 lbs. Not over-weight but not a good weight either.I am so disappointed that I'm not gonna get to go to the Kleinwood singing. I heard it's amazing. Over a thousand people. Nothing touches my heart quite like singings do. I love the feeling I get when everyone in a room sings their heart out. There's nothing like it.Let your light shine! :)
