My nephew and niece, Skyler and Savannah, came over to trick-or-treat our neighborhood before church last night. I didn't take Evie out, but I did put her in her costume for about 10 minutes so I could get some pictures.

I have the exact same costume--bought if for Ada but never put her in it and then figured I'd put Roxy in it but never did that either. You've definitely got me beat on 'new mom' points!!! She's a beautiful little pea pod, by the way.

She looks very precious. Drew was a pea in the pod his first Halloween (we borrowed the costume from Neal). I didn't dress up Emily or Katelyn for their first Halloweens.

we didn't give the rotovirus one. it was an oral one. all the rest we gave. Based on our research and my pediatricians opinion, she didn't think it was necessary at this age. we may choose to give it later on...

how is motherhood? is evie sleeping through the night, or close to it? isabel is sleeping consistantly from 10:30pm until about 5am. So we are thrilled!!

I am the same way with the daytime naps. Isabel usually has a good morning nap then the rest of the day it is 25-45 minutes maybe twice. I'd rather sleep at night and have her up all day long :)

This is a picture of Evie our first week home. She is 6 weeks now! I absolutely cannot believe it! She is the best baby! Sleeping through the night pretty well, cries very little, I could not ask for more. She is such a blessing!

Unfortunately, I had to take her to the doctor Friday. She has her first cold! I'm sure it won't be the last!

Adorable! How are you adjusting to life as a new mother? It is wonderful, Evie sounds like she is a wonderful baby! Glad to hear that. This is the beginning of the yucky season, lots of sickness, she'll fair just fine, I'm sure.

I know exactly what you mean. After Emily was born, I couldn't imagine why anyone would choose to have more than one child. But it got better over time. Now I'm wondering how I'm going to survive having three!!

ONE WEEK TO GO!!!!

Evie Rose is "scheduled" to arrive next Friday the 14th. She is still breech so they are planning a c-section. As of Wednesday, they estimated her weight at about 8lbs. I cannot believe it will be here so soon!
Kimberly and Vicki are coming into town today to visit! I'm so excited to get to see them both again before the baby comes!

I know the excitement is mounting. C-sections are the way to go in my opinion (I've already had two.) I know you can't wait to see Evie. We will be remembering you while we are also in the hospital delivering ours on the 13th. Good luck!

I will be sure to pray for you. I am so excited for you. I hope you had a great visit with the girls. I have 2 1/2 weeks to go. Feeling fine but so tired of everyone telling me when they think the baby will come and how big she will be. I'm not often tempted to be rude, but the last 3 weeks of pregnancy really test me. :)

Well, I'm 35 weeks and our little girl will soon be here. Her name will be Evie Rose and I can't believe its already almost time for her to arrive! Everything is going well. I started back to school this week and will work (part time) up until the baby comes.

Time sure flies when your pregnant huh? I'm glad you are feeling well enough to be working some. Our baby will be here in 27 days. I'm so anxious to find out a boy or a girl! By the way, I really like her name. :)

We found out on Friday that we are having a little girl!!! We are so excited! Haven't decided on a name yet, but so far we are thinking about Octavia (my great grandmother's name) or Evie.

Mom, Sunny and the kids, and I leave for Destin today. I am so looking forward to getting away for a few days and just relaxing (AND SHOPPING FOR LITTLE GIRL THINGS, OF COURSE!).
