I haven't posted in a while so here goes.................We are having a gospel meeting this week with Chuck Bartlett. We had him and his wife over for dinner tonight along with some other very nice members. He is really good at being sarcastic and loves to laugh. Margaret and I are so impressed with his zeal to spread the good news. He made a joke in his sermon tonight about not "hunting down" some people when he moves to Indiana to teach the word, but I truly think that he is a hunter. I'm more of a person that will be glad to talk about spirtual things when confronted or asked about it, but I'm not as zealous to initiate it. If nothing else comes from this week's meeting, then at least Mr. Bartlett has lit a fire under me........or at least maybe a spark. :)

Today is our anniversary! I'm so excited that I remembered. I know that 9 years is nothing compared to some, but these days it's a definite accomplishment. Margaret's grandmother (101 years old) was married for 73 years! Seems so far away.
In our 9 years of marriage we have moved 6 times!! With the purchase of our most recent house, I do believe we are staying for a while. We love it so much and the kids do too.
Another accomplishment is our 3 looney, er uh, wonderful children. They really are good kids, just FULL of energy. I hope they never lose their sense of humors, either. Our house is constantly filled with laughter. Greyson is the main comedian, but we all do our share to keep the laughter rolling. I hope it continues even through the teenage years.
I'll stop rambling now. Even I'm a bit confused reading this.

Sorry, I couldn't think of a cool title. :) Just to let all know that my new job is going very well, so far. I can't tell you how much more relaxed I am these days. I never dreamed that a sales job would be relaxing, but I think it is just a little less stressful compared to my previous position and responsibilities.
Margaret and the kids are doing very well. The still like school and Hannah is officially 5 months old today! Time is flying!

I took Harrison to his school (1st grade) and Greyson to his preschool today. I dropped Harrison off and Greyson and I had about a 15 min ride to his school. On the way he told me that he "wanted to pray to God". Of course I said, "Go ahead". He bowed his head and said a prayer to himself. He then asked me to say a prayer. I asked if I should say one to myself or if he preferred me to say it where he could hear it. He said that he wanted to hear it. So, of course, I did. When I finished, he said, "thank you" and then just acted perfectly normal. I don't know why this is such a big deal to me, but I thought it so wonderful that he felt the need to pray and it didn't matter the situation or location. It needed to be done, in his opinion, so he did it. I'm so proud! :)

Since several have asked (at least 2 of you) I thought I better do an update on my job. I love it, so far. I'm simply an outside sales rep for home medical equipment. I go to various doctor's offices and hospitals and try to get business. The company is on a campaign to win back some business that we have lost of the last few years so I am doing lots of lunches and inservices for the various offices. Pretty cool! Very laid back and a much easier schedule and very little stress! Obviously it is taking up much of my time, otherwise I would post more often on here. I'll do my best to keep y'all up to date. Thanks for your prayers and thoughts during my transition!
