It is better to have a permanent income than to be fascinating.

...but I'm not completely convinced. Film musicology PhD applications, here I come!
Mary Poppins : the Banks...
Jean Passepartout : Phileas Fogg...
Edwin Jarvis : the Starks...
Nanny McPhee : the Browns...
Reginald Jeeves : Bertram Wilberforce Wooster...
Me : a certain R_____ family in a certain house in the Palisades.
That's what all parties involved are hoping for, at least!
I have recently acquired:
- a new degree.
(Brain 3.0-- official MA release!)
- a searing headache.
(Thanks, Iron Man 2...)
- a dress.
(Yes, that one.)
- a better understanding.
(Different fighting styles can be good.)
I am still in need of:
- a job.
(Or even just an interview... plz?)
- a lot of boxes.
(Amazing how many toiletries one gathers.)
- a wise heart.
(Trade in hindsight for foresight.)
- a venue.

Which "arts" is really anybody's guess.
I prefer it that way.
Love and laughter,
