if you havent already heard...

-Dad was admitted last night to the ER with high BP and severe head pain. He is today on BP medication but has several follow ups in the next few weeks. Pray for his health and that his doctors find the cause.

-we've got a house! 8503 Dogwood Trail Haughton, LA (i'll need to learn my new zip code) We close July 24 (ideally)

-1 only have one more day at Labor and Delivery. Bitter sweet. I'll be glad to be done b/c im ready to be with sam in shreveport. I'm also feeling spread thin recently so im ready to be concerned about just ONE job. I will miss my coworkers and being able to play such an active role in childbirth.

-yesterday in Little Rock a Hog truck overturned. (thats right, arkansas... razorback country) 300lb hogs were all over a major interstate and in the median. Traffic was diverted all morning on both sides of the interstate. Really? what're the odds?

tonight, for the first time i watched "america's got talent" tonight. Not everyone was good, but there were a lot of talented groups. I literally got goosebumps several times while listening/watching someone very talented. So many of the groups had wonderful, touching stories. Strange! i've never experienced goosebumps due to talent before...

    did you get goosebumps on your face like me??? :) did you see the married couple BIG guy and tiny girl dance? that was crazy!! I was shocked! (yes, we just got off the phone... but none of this was brought up!)

    i didnt see the three sisters... but i did see the Voices of Glory and it got to me- a couple of tears slipped out :)
