Leaving Joao Pessoa and going to Fortaleza

Sandra and I have spent since Friday in Joao Pessoa, Brazil. Overall, it has been a good visit. We studied the first 18 chapters of Proverbs together, and had lots of good conversations. Sandra has had a lot of problems here with swelling of feet and ankles, but there is a nurse in the group who actually got her an appointment with a vascular dr for Sandra and she is doing much better. I have had some excellent conversations here with Bladson, a kid who is nearly 13 here, who I have a special friendship with. Thank God that has gone extremely well. This is a good group and I am glad we were able to come. This afternoon we fly to Fortaleza to stay with Joao Batista and Angela and work with the three churches there he is working with.

Gary the work you do is great. I am thankful that we have people like Daniel, John the Baptist, and others who work for God each day. I will pray for Sandra. Tell her I hope she feels better. I hope you can visit us soon for supper. :)
