Oh shall I be so blessed!!!!

I asked Gavin this afternoon if he would like to watch a video. He went to the video cabinet and took out a movie, and said "this one". It was a movie about Jesus, but not a kid's movie. More like a documentary. He said that he wanted to watch this movie about grace and faith. First of all, I don't ever recall even telling him what the movie was about, the title, or anything. How did he know?????????

I was skeptical and told him that it was very sweet that he wanted to watch a movie about Jesus, but it wasn't a cartoon, and I wasn't sure if it would keep his interest. Boy was I wrong! He persisted, saying he wanted to watch about grace and faith. So I turned the movie on for him. He was SO into it!!! At the point in the movie where Jesus raises the little girl from the dead, Gavin got so excited!!! He was so happy and laughing out loud and giving his shouts of approval.

Wow! I am so amazed by this child God has blessed me with! And the story of Jesus that can 'hold anyone's attention' if they but let it!!!!
