I'm tagged but the buck stops here.

1. All the rooms in my house have to be neat before I go to bed or I can't sleep well. This includes my daughter’s rooms and I'm sure that everyday during clean up time they hate me.

2. I'm not a coffee drinker because everyone I know that drinks coffee in the morning gets addicted and I'm happy just saying "no".

3. I've moved 27 different times during my life; 16 with my parents, 4 on my own and 7 since I've been married!

4. I spend more time at Brenna's school then I do at home AND I LOVE IT!!

5. I took Wade's Principals of Finance class's test and PASSED!! I got a 60 but that's passing!! Hope none of his students get lower then that after sitting through the lectures :)

6. I HATE paying for haircuts which is why my hair is so long.

7. I have a magnet collection that I started on my honeymoon of all the places Wade and I have been since we've been married.

8. This is something I'm always wondering about. Are we going to be perfect in Heaven and never have to struggle with sinning like we do here on earth? I'm sure that there won't be sin in Heaven but sometimes this scares me, especially when my mind starts thinking of bad things about people I may not enjoy being around ECT. If you have thoughts on this please share. I've never mentioned this to anyone and this is probably the deepest thing I've blogged about EVER.

oh dear... I try to get magnets anytime we go somewhere as well!! some places, I don't find one I like, but I try! at first, I started collecting playing cards that had the place printed on them, but those are even harder to find!

You know what? Once we are in heaven, I can't imagine wanting anything else. So I guess that would eliminate the temptation to sin, right?

You mean you did not get any perks for being the wife of the teacher? Or flirt to get an A? or at least a B? LOL. I think Heaven is going everything perfect, no sin, pain, fears, nothing. But, I do wonder if we will know who from our life is there or not there, it states no tears but I just can't understand how we will not/or will know who is with us that we cared about on earth. Any thoughts on that I would love to hear it also. Contentment and happiness is all I can think about Heaven.

Wow, I have never thought that. Since heaven is the reward for trying to live right I wouldn't think so. Good question! That requires some digging. Now, on to # 1, if you ever get an outside job when your kids are a little older, and you are busy with their after school activities, you will become way too tired to care if everyroom is straight. I actually never had that problem but it did cure me about sleeping in the house at night when Jim was out of town, it used to be scared to death someone would break in. Once I started working I was too tired to care.

I'd forgotten that you'd read that! Hee hee! I look back on it now and see how silly it is, but I suppose for a teenager it isn't too bad. As to YOUR list: I despise GOING to a hairdresser, but I reach a point where I just can't take it anymore. :) For #8, I really think that tucksmom is right, but you do pose a very deep and thought provoking question. I mean, if the angels could sin in heaven and be cast out???? But I think that the scriptures prove to us over and over that heaven is our resting place and there is nothing that we will want than to be with the Lord and be at peace. If you begin to think otherwise, are we not in danger of losing our reason for faith on earth?

Erin, I hope I am remembering correctly. Was it you that came up to me at the end of the Ladies Weekend looking for the door prize that your friend had misplaced? If so, I found it. Somehow, it was put under our table. I do have it. Please let me know if I am remembering correctly. By the way, you ladies did an awesome job once again on the refreshments!! :)

The spirit and the flesh war against each other. However, in Heaven, I believe we will no longer have this body of death but will have only spiritual bodies and will therefore not be pulled away toward sin like how we are with our fleshly bodies.

It was pretty much all of them. And not M, he leaves at 10:30. I had to write in I think 6 agendas and I NEVER write in agendas. Very rarely anyway. They came in rowdy in the morning. Ugh. I had 15 kids today and at one point, I had 5 kids out of circle time becuase they couldn't follow procedures. It was just one of those days.

Oh and I spoke to one parent after school about their childs day, it wasn't good. I explained everything and the mother agreed saying that she sees that same behavior at home, and I'm thinking, "great, we all agree, so what are we going to do about it?" And then she proceeds to say, "Well, I think she was just tired today. I'll make sure she goes to bed on time and gets some good sleep today." What? Are you kidding me? This childs behavior problem has been ongoing, and now its that shes not getting enough sleep? So, we'll see how tomorrow goes with "good sleep."

Well, she was actually alot better today. I don't know if it was the "good sleep", but she was better. Not good, by my standards, but better. If you ask me, something isn't right with that one. I think she may be ADHD. She can't focus on ANYTHING.

Oh, just read your comment about the work in the classroom. Most of it is done now. Maxine worked on it for me and I got most of the other little projects done after school and during nap. But, I may have stuff by Tuesday, I'll keep you posted. Thanks!

First Day of 1st Grade

Brenna started school yesterday. She was excited but she was also scared that she would have a spelling test on the first day. I assured her that she wouldn't :) I was a little sad for her to find out that she didn't have anyone in her class from last year. She's already made a new friend so I guess I shouldn't worry too much. Thanks to Fay school was cancelled for today, which I don't mind another day to sleep in :)

I'm sooo tired. I decided this evening that we should always get the day after the first day off. Thank you so much for volunteering today. My day would have been especially horrid if I had been all by myself. You were a lot of helf and can come back whenever you want, if my screamer didn't scare you away. And no, I can't imagine 5 years of that screaming. Surely he doesn't do that at home. They probably give him whatever he wants at home.
