how short is your skirt?

I was talking to a nice Christian lady the other day and she was raging on about the length of skirts on the girls at Florida College. She, herself, was dressed in a long sleeveless dress. I had to smile since if she were a Christian in some other countries she would be the one who was immodest being sleevelss as she was. I hope as human beings that we do not waste all our time picking away at the little things (the specks in our eyes) and ignoring the important things. So many people have decided that they are the "true" Christians and everyone else is wrong even if they believe that Jesus is the son of God. We all need to realize that we all interpret the Bible in our own way and there is no such thing as a literal word for word correct translation of the Bible (unless any of you are 2000 years old). I think that is how God wants it so that we do not become bogged down in the details like Pharisees. Love God above everything else and love our neighbors as ourselves.
