Noah turned a year old in march and i just read my last post - written not long after he was born... bad, bad mommy... we are just so busy and our silly old computer is broken again. Caleb is starting kindergarten tomorrow (why do they make that word so hard to spell?) and Jacob is going to preschool next monday. they will be going to the same school and their classrooms are right down the hall from each other. as of today, they are thrilled and can't wait to start :) we all know how long that lasts. we also have a foster child - Brandi is a 7 year old girl whose family has had a lot of problems with drugs and other things. she is a great girl and we really love her. i don't think that we will have her for longer than this school year, but you never know with these things :) anyway, there's my new post. hope that satisfies til next year :)
toodles!

I know I'm late doing this, but we finally had our third little boy! Noah Israel came into the world on March 19, 2008. yes, i know, he's almost a week old already and i'm just now posting. sorry bout that... :) but better late than never! he was 8 pounds, 2 ounces. we had him a week early because we wanted to PREVENT another 8 pound baby, but i guess it's just a good thing we didn't go any longer :) the boys love him, and he's fitting perfectly into our little family. he's such a sweetheart! anyway, i'll see if i can get some pics up here, but if not - i know how to do that on facebook :) anyway, i'm being beckoned to my motherly duties!
love to all,
Tara

i can't believe it's gone by this fast, but i am already 36 weeks along. and they are talking about inducing at 39 weeks because i have had trouble with my blood sugar this time. (i've already had semi-big babies anyway, and that can make them big as well) so i may just have about 3 weeks left - aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!
but i am so excited because march 7 is my last day of work and i become a SAHM again! you may see us in a cardboard box outside of walmart, but i refuse to go back to work after having this baby! ;)
anyway, hope everything is going well with you all! i'll be sure to post when we get really close :)
have a great day!

we've finally got a little snow here... it has been nothing but rain for the last few weeks. and today, the wind chill is 0 with a low of 10 degrees. they're saying it will be in the single digits tonight - brrrr! even though it's no more than an inch of snow, they still have off school today. wish they would call off work for everyone! but this weekend should be warm enough to take the christmas lights down outside...
nothing else much is new. Caleb told me the other day he was so 'cited to see his baby brudder. we've been working on the baby's room, painting and such, so i think it's becoming more real to him. and everytime anyone says the word "baby" Jacob tries to pull my shirt up to show them (a) my belly button and (b) just where exactly the baby is. they're so funny. Caleb walked into the room the other day and asked Josh, "what are you doing, you big old fing?" (of course, "th" sounds like "f")
anyway, hope you all have a great new year! (still need some ideas for first and/or middle names... the boys keep saying "spiderman" but i think that's a little too modern for me)

yes, yes, i know... what in the world am i going to do with THREE boys?! i am happy that i can use all this boy stuff that i still have. poor kid though - he'll be in hand-me-downs til he is old enough to buy his own clothes. no names picked yet for Caleb and Jacob's little "brudder", as they are calling it. i think i have run out of my favorite names. any ideas?
