i'm ready for christmas to appear. although i have to work Christmas eve AND christmas...grrrr...

Hi there peoples! I know, I know, I haven't been here in forever..
sooooo, yeah.. oh guess whats..

I have a job! lol I work in the kitchen of an assisted living home. it's a good job, but it's A LOT of hard work..some days I feel like quitting, but I know I can't do that. I gotta tough it out and stay strong..

It feels weird being a 'responsible adult' haha

Neat! I was the receptionist at a nursing home and then they built a retirement apartment complex and assisted living and I moved to there as the receptionist. It was a bittersweet job in so many ways! I worked there for quite some time in college and then moved to less emotional work :). ... Retail!

^I worked in the local drive in grocery store. I stocked returned coke bottles, swept and moped the floor, picked up trash outside, sacked groceries, stocked the shelves and coolers, etc. I had a friend that lived across the street from me that worked there also. We would each work have a week. It was a fun little job. Got to know a lot of people from doing that.

Hi everyone! wow, it's been 3 months since I last posted.. heh heh heh.. *looks up at the ceiling*

Things are going great! I had the most fantastic time with my brother and grandparents at DISNEYLAND :)
this summer has been great.
now I am looking for a job.. I just turned in an application to Dutch Bros., which is a drive-up coffee place :D

how have you all been?

Best of luck job searching!! The right thing *will* come, even if it takes a while!! I think working at a coffee stand would be fun! :o)

Good luck on the job hunt. If I worked in a coffee shop I would get fired for putting a serious dent in their profits! I drink them out of business! Nothing like a good cup of coffee!
