Oh, well I am still learning. I just deleted everything on my weblog, Help!!!!! I guess I will have to wait until the grandchildren get here to help me.

    I have had both knees replaced, a shoulder replacement, and a hip replacement.

    The shoulder replacement went real well and I am doing much better. There is one drawback. You can't lift a lot with the shoulder replacement. The doctor has recommended that I not pick up more than 20 pounds using that arm. It will just wear out the shoulder sooner. I went through about five months of physical therapy and the doctor said I did better than most people.

    I hope your rotator cuff surgery goes well. I have a friend at church here who has had that surgery and she is very limited on what she can pick up now.

    I went on findthechurch.com and found Walnut St. Church of Christ. There are three in the area. One is at Fuquay, one at Clayton, and one at Cary, NC.

    Do you also know Eural and Jo Nell Bingham? They used to worship at Kleinwood. They moved there from Cary where he used to preach. Nancy Tomlinson is their daughter. Also, Frank Snap used to worship there, I believe. He came to Cary on business and we met him. We got to know him real well and Todd Snap was in our home.
