For those of you on FaceBook...you get a double dose...

Its funny that someone would have the foresight to put rear-view mirrors in a car. Its funny that someone would forget to utilize this AWESOME tool! Well, I was stopped at a stop sign, and the guy in front of me decides that he will back up to let cars turn into the street that we were on. Well, he is one of the morons that forgot to look before he backed up! It would be great if we had eyes in the back of out heads, but that is just the reason that some genious decided to put those handy-dandy rear-view mirrors in a car!

(Reference -- "His" refers to Mr. Smith (the "other" Mr. Smith)

His insurance called me yeaterday stating that we are "looking at a 'possible total loss.'" So, I freak out! "We can't afford a new car" "I don't know what kind of car I want" Ya know things of this nature!!

I went to Enterprise to get a rental car (at his insurance's expense). They put on the paperwork that it was a "total loss". So, they were trying to sell me a new car and all of this!!

Anyway, so, his insurance called me today and said that we can REPAIR my car! They are having to pay $2700.00 to fix it! They have to replace the Hood, Bumper, headlight, condenser coils, and radiator!!!

    wow! Good luck with that! Insurance companies are NO FUN! I know...I had to deal with one for about 6 months all b/c the car that hit ME was attempting insurance fraud...

    lol, yes...BUT she was our ETC before she left...and almost didn't go b/c she *thought* she was pregnant...lol, but she wasn't and she went to M.S. and came back and now is stricter than ever!

Haha! What is this, 1951? Nope. It's 2007, and a few months ago waitress Kyla Ebbert (who works at Hooters, where scantily-clad is a good thing) was escorted off a Southwest Airlines flight from San Diego to Tucson because her outfit -- a miniskirt, tank top, and cropped sweater -- was too revealing (I don't see any cleavage and she was wearing a bra). She put up a fuss and was eventually let back on the plane after a lecture on her dress, or lack thereof.

Hey Guys,

Lil Lizzy was in Alabama visiting with my family for the week! I am so excited that we are going to Hattiesburg, MS to get her back!! And we are also going to a really nice restaurant for my birthday! My birthday is on Tuesday, Aug 28 for those of you who do not know. I will be 22! Its depressing. I dont wanna be that old! OH and he will also be 22 on Aug 29th!! Happy Birthday Buddy!!. Just wanted to post some randomness here!

    hehe...lucky you! And we've got TWO puppies to keep an eye on again...it's like havin' a baby, so let Lizzy turn like...2 or 3 first before you get one, or get one from a rescue place that's already trained...that way you won't have to get up in the middle of the night several times and you WON'T get any sleep...it's not any fun...but it's "fun" during the day time when they're sweet puppies...but at night...their bladders become overflowing monsters! lol

    haha...no, I'm not a IV yet...eligible this month on the 9th...for server. It's all about the demographics of your area and state. Our minimum wage went up from 5 somethin' to 6 somethin', and the server wages went up from $2.35 to $2.78 (mine did anyway), but it was based on how long you'd been there, how many hours you worked etc. etc. etc.

Hey Guys,

I am going to attempt to update you guys on what is going on. Jill and I have been living in Texas for 1 year now. It doesn't seem like that long since we pulled out of the driveway in Alabama.

I have been working at Sitel since February. I really like it here. It is Technical Support for T-Mobile. I talk to some crazy people!! It gets fun sometimes! I had to let the Ol' Cracker Barrel go! It was way too stressful here in Texas. Everything was going GREAT, and then I got in a yelling fight with TWO of the managers! So, I had to say.."byebye"

Lizzy is 14 Months now. She is growing way to fast! but she is so cute!! She is walking almost running now!

We, Jill and I, are going on a cruise next May! I am so excited! We went to Dallas for the weekend and found this irresistable deal for a 5 night cruise! We started the Passport process today. That is so expensive! almost 200.00 for us to have Passports.

I want to go out to visit you two sometime this year. Maybe later on in the Fall. When are you guys going to AL for Christmas? Maybe we could go there close to the same time..maybe our time there can overlap.

We had some people over the other night to play "Boxers or Breifs" it was great! The Preacher had to say "I dance naked in front of my pets" it was hysterical!

Ok, well, I guess that is all I have time for now. I will catch you guys up on more later!

    oh things are going well. i'm still in Temple Terrace area, so I got here almost two years ago, was gone back to VA for a summer and now am in a house. If I stay here for more than another year it'll be the longest I've lived anywhere. That's a crazy thought for me. I'm single, working full time with no benefits, living with four other girls, trying to find a niche (but not a rut) in the kingdom's work, and just overall a very busy, crazed, frantic, but content girl :)
