Nature Sensei’s thought of the week.

This past weekend I bumped into my old friend Polly and she was telling me how her life changed. I asked her how it changed and she said that one day she was walking to her favorite store and got hit by a flying suitcase. When she opened up the suitcase it was filled with leftover McDonald's monopoly game pieces, a few tots, several Reader Digests, and those cooler packets that you use to keep your cooler cool. It may sound odd but here's where the story takes a twist, the suitcase belonged to her older sister.

That doesn't sounds odd right? But Polly's older sister died 4 years ago at a McDonald's.

I then asked Polly, what accepts of her life changed from what just happened to her and she said nothing really but she's used those cooler packets when she goes on picnics and church get-2-gethers. Also she has a interview with National Enquirer. Isn't that rad?

I love it when a plan comes together!

Chicken crispers are more crisp than chicken, and crispy chicken is more meat than crispness.

Grammatically, there is a big difference. "Chicken Crispers" makes no sense, while "Crispy Chicken" does actually make sense. "Chicken Crispers" is a noun, that most normal people would take to mean "something that crisps chicken." What you are eating cannot possibly be a "chicken crisper," unless you are eating oil out of a vat along with a metal rack that holds chicken inside an oil vat. On the other hand, "Crispy Chicken" Makes plenty of sense. 'Crispy' is merely an adjective describing the noun 'chicken.' For example, one might say, "wow this is crispy chicken." I hope that helps.
