... so tired...

Someone is going to have to come confiscate my glue gun, ribbon, and hair clips so I'll quit staying up so late making ADORABLE hairbows.

So Addicting!!

I just made a matching set for Halloween.
Sorry about the grainy picture, my camera is in my purse and I'm too tired to go get it.

Must go to sleep!!

Don't know why, but I read that as "granny picture" and could not figure out what you meant.

somehow, laundry and dishes have been impossible to catch up on the past few days...

i *hate* swimming against the current!
  • split_rock
Rest when you can, but keep paddling . . . . you'll get there.

I was just telling Jeff that. My inlaws are coming in this weekend and I've got so much to get done before then. Then a friend who is moving in a few weeks brought over three full boxes full of baby items that are now out and about in my living room. I keep adding to the never ending list!

Been there, and survived, but I wasn't always happy with myself! Try to prioritize: which is more important? The kids are fed, or the clothes they wear are clean. Your husband likes your smiling, happy face, or his plate still wears yesterday's lunch leavings.

I'd like to say it gets easier but all I can say is it changes with different time challenges :)

Wish I were closer to help! Hope you got a good rest last night and that today's a better swimming day.

Thanks so much for bringing the toys by!! I didn't get home till almost 7, so it is very much appreciated. :) I know Mackenna will love them!! :)

I feel your tiredness. When Amber wasn't even three yet, the third was born. My daughter in law was just asking me today, "How did you live through that?" To tell you the truth, its all a blurr. Hang in there.

No Turning Back

I just ordered a ton of books for school.
The Story of the World (teacher and workbook)
First Language Lessons
The Following are for Earth Science & Astronomy:
Usborne First Encyclopedia of Our World
" of Space
Kingfisher Young Knowledge Planet Earth
" Solar System
Janice Vancleave Earth Science
" astronomy
Usborne Spotter's Guide: The night sky

The Earth Science & Astronomy books were suggested at Elementalscience.com. She actually has lesson books already written out, but I'm going to attempt to put together my own stuff since I'll have the books anyway. If it's too hard, I can always go back and order her workbooks!

I'm getting excited!
Now if only we could find a table!

Oh... and maybe find some more room on that bookshelf!

I've never done civics with my kids and since you are doing SOTW (which rocks, BTW) I wouldn't think you would need to add civics. Try the HS group; perhaps someone can help more than me.

Your book choices up above look fun! I love ordering school books!
