Prayers needed

As some of you know, I work with a Chinese Crested dog rescue group. Well, I got a call today telling me about a puppy mill here in town that had about 500 dogs. Many of the dogs have tested positive for parvo, which is a horrible disease and hard to come back from. Please pray for all of these little guys that they make a quick recovery. I'm so scared that most of them will have to be put down because of the illness. Keep in mind that if you are looking for a dog, rescues make great pets and help keep these puppy mills out of business. Thanks!

    Oh no, that's horrible. We found and fostered a puppy when I was younger, through ARL, but she had picked up parvo. It is horrible. I hope somehow they make it. On the up side, my neice was born on Labor day. How about that cute nephew of yours?

New Puppy

Hi everyone! It's been forever and a day since I put something on here, so I thought I'd update it. Everyone is doing well. Jeremy started his last year @ the U of A, so he will finally graduate this May!! I'm so excited for him! I'm still working at Our Family Services, but I'm waiting to see if I got a new job. Wish me luck! We got a new puppy last week. Her name is Lola, she's 3 months old, and a Chinese Crested like Tucker. Tucker does not really like her yet, so we're hoping it all goes well after they get to know each other better. Hope all is well with you!

    We'd love to come visit but things are crazy here right now. I would love to get the kids out there when it warms up a bit so they can spend their time swimming at mamaw's. We're thinking the kids and I might make it out there sometime this summer and then Chad and us will try to make it out in Oct.

So, I thought I would give you all an update. J & I bought a house! Very exciting! We're all moved in! We are also FINALLY getting married December 2nd! I'm so excited & can't wait! We will be joining the Country Club congregation , it's closer to our new house. So that is about it, just waiting for next weekend! Love & miss you all!!

    I am so sorry! Some people are completely ignorant when it comes to dealing with others. They would rather be high and mighty and spread their gossip in order to make themselves look better. Please realize that not everyone would handle the situation the way it was handled. Unfortunately some people will never change. Just pray that one day they will realize gossiping is not only sinful and hateful, but also tears people apart and causes unrepairable damage. Stay strong. I have SO much more to say and talk to you about so I'll be sending you an email. Chad and I love you and Jeremy and know that this will pass. Just cling tighter to eachother and you'll be ok.
