Its Cold....Again!
We went from near 80 on Tuesday to in the 30's on Wednesday. That is Indiana for ya. There was actually snow on the ground this morning.
I thought sure I would be in Flip Flops from now till October. Guess not. They are calling for a high of 35 on Sunday. I guess the easter bunny is going to have to wear a coat when he is hiding those eggs.
Okay, so I do have to vent about Idol. I mean seriously....Is Sonjaya just going to keep sliding by or what? he wasn't even in the bottom three. I felt so bad for Gina. She didn't deserve to go last night especially up against Haley....who needs to put more clothes on.
Brian's firm is going to the opening day at Victory Field today. (They did the renovations to their concession stands) They are going out for dinner and spouses are invited, so I will be doing that tonight.
Saturday we have a birthday party to go to for Nick. and then Sunday my mom will come down and spend the day with us.
I am really looking forward to seeing them and them next weekend.

Well, I Guess I Have to do this now that I have been tagged twice. I struggle because I don't think I am weird. Apparently others do.....lol! I had to rely on Brian for most of these answers.

1. I have to sleep on my side of the bed (left)

2. Brian thinks my music listening is weird because one day I Will be listening to country and then next day hip hop and the next day maybe alternative rock.

3. Sometimes I Will email my mom and then after about 5 minutes I Will call her to see if she has checked her email.

4. I too like to mow the grass. (with the push mower)

6. I have an obession with the helicopters that fly around our house. We live near an interstate and we have a minimum security prison in our city. There is alot of helicopter activity. I Need to know wether it is news hel., lifeline, or state police when they are flying over and why they are flying over. A couple weeks ago, Brian called channel 6 to find out for me because it was bugging me so much. (hey you never know when there might be an escapee!

I cannot believe Sanjaya is still holding on. What is UP? and... I can't believe Stephanie got voted off. She would not be my pick to win it all, but she probably would have been in my top 7. I am getting so annoyed. And.....whats up with the little girl crying in the audience on Tuesday night? They actually interviewed her on the "Today Show" this morning giving her credit for Sanjaya being around another week. Whatever!! Is he getting a sympathy vote or what?
I must say Blake is my favorite right now.

Well, for the night anyway. Stacy, Brooke and I are going to LaFayette for a ladiesgetaway. A couple of our other church friends from Indy are going as well. I think it will be very encouraging and uplifting, as we will be attending sessions focused on marriage, raising children, and prayer...among others. I am very much looking forward to hanging out with the gals!
