It's been awhile.

Ever since I got on Facebook, I have neglected Pleo. Sorry about that. We have had a good week visiting with Matt Stevens, Katie's friend from NC. (No relation to our Stevens' crowd.) She met him at FC during spring semester. I think he kind of likes CA. He likes our dry and mild weather as opposed to his hot and humid area. We have had a beautiful week in N. Cal. Temperatures have been mild for this time of year and we even had a thunderstorm on Wednesday night. That is almost unheard of this time of year. It was pretty neat. Matt was amused by our excitement over a thunderstorm. I guess he would be.

Anyway, hope everyone has a good week.

I neglect Pleo alot now too b/c of Facebook so I know what you mean. Glad to hear that you all are doing well. Did you hear about Becky's baby girl coming 3 weeks early? Happy days & news!!

Hey, didn't get your good well wished until I was back from the wedding. It was beautiful! Hard to believe that Daniel is married! The Posey's came down and photographed the wedding! :)

Daniel married Melinda Ritchie. They met at FC SoCal camp a few years ago. She is 2 years older than Daniel, I think! They got together in Temple Terrace, though.

Our daughter, Katie, was recently highlighted in an article about Spring Semester students. The article also featured a picture. She is enjoying herself and making lots of new relationships. If you go to lectures in February, please look her up. She is living in Hinely.

She's such a pretty girl, Paula. I'm glad she's enjoying it; you have to be pretty brave, not only to go that far, but to go at mid-term. One of our young men did that last year and he's gone back for his second year. Nice article!

Katie and I are leaving this evening for FC. She is excited but scared too. Please pray for our safe journey and her semester away from home. I will help her get set up and then fly back to CA on Monday. Rich and I will miss her so much but know she will have a wonderful time as she starts a new chapter in her life. We love her so much. May God be with her always.

How fun for Katie! And for you and Rich!! An empty nest! Woo-hoo. Well...that's how I felt when I had no more kids at home. I missed them but was glad to see them out on there own and enjoyed my time with just Jon.

Oh, poor you. I was so sad when Hailey went. Sylvia and I took Hailey and Abbey together. It was a fun trip, but sad when things change at home. We lose Chelsie in a couple of weeks. She will only be an hour away, but still sad. Rich and I have been on our own a lot lately anyway. We are getting reacquainted and that is fun!! Have a good trip and God speed.

Hey...I hear that you will be spending the Christmas holiday with your folks (RJ & Pauline). Have a wonderful time. We will have Jim's mom with us for the first time in about 10 yrs I think (Jim's dad passed away in Sept). Also 3 of my 4 kids will be here for Christmas too plus daughter Laura's fiance Ross. My son Trevor & his wife are came in yesterday and will be with us for a week so I'm already loving every minute of it!!!

Hey! I went back on some or your pages to see Steven and Heather's wedding photos. You can go to Hailey's and see some of hers. She just posted them tonight. I'm glad you were able to spend time with your family over the holidays. We have not had Christmas yet. We are going to OR to my brother's next week. Is Rich still working for IBM? I didn't know you were doing videography. That is so neat!! Take care!!
