Hi all! Well its been a quiet summer in my home town... I am enjoying being a stay at home mom now- my dream come true! Sean is starting some new work soon. We are very blessed. Moira is 3 now and our little buddy, as always. She is currently really into anything princess or ballet and the movie "Annie." I hadn't seen it for a long time and its fun to watch it with her. Its so cool to see things again for the first time through her eyes. We are doing some school with her and she really likes that. Looking forward to some trips to visit parents soon.

I guess my style of blogging is quaterly! Hope you are all doing well and welcome to new Pleo friends!

Moira and I just returned from a week-long, wonderful trip to California. We went to visit my sweet in-laws and we had a great time. We missed Sean and wished he could have been with us!

Nana and Papa took great care of us. We girls had fun at Knotts Berry Farm. Moira rode kiddie rides by herself! She looked so big. She loved playing around Nana's house and getting into her jewelry, purses, and lots of other things.

Vicki and I had lots of fun making cards. She introduced me to Stampin' Up stuff and we had a lot of fun. She is really creative and makes beautiful things! She sent me home with lots of goodies to make my own cards and scrapbook pages. Fun!

We're back home now and almost re-adjusted time-wise. Moira is getting over a bit of a cold and is almost back to 100%. We are looking forward to camping with lots of church friends this weekend. Hoping to catch up with other buddies around here very soon, too!

Hope you are all well and enjoying this fun time of year! We are so blessed and I am reminded of that daily. Moira has grown so much over the past year and she is such a joy to have around. (Not that I am biased ;) She is very excited about holiday festivities this year. We are excited to be going to Indiana, Lord willing, to see my parents, Gramas, Auntie Em, and some other dear family and friends. We are already bracing for the cooler temps (its in the 70's here today!) and packing accordingly. Sean and I will have our 11th wedding anniversary on the 29th! How the time flies. What a fabulous hubby and Daddy he is!

Hi! Hope you are all doing great and having a great fall. Temps are cooling here and the humidity is dropping. Yeah! We are excitedly making our trick-or-treat plans and Moira has a new costume idea almost every day. She is really excited about the candy part of Halloween day. We have a great neighborhood for trick-or-treating so its a lot of fun. Moira is "growing like a mushroom" as one of our good friends says. She still loves music and dances around to it. (Her "dancing" is mostly running around in circles but its cute) We are getting out almost every morning to walk now that its cooler out. She enjoys seeing the decorations around the neighborhood.

She's had a few pretty funny sayings lately. At the office the other day she propped her chin on her hands and asked me, "What are your plans this afternoon, Mama?" She is loving her new 2 year old Bible class and they are learning the books of the Bible. The other day she was singing the song for the NT books and sang, "First and second Pepperonians." That was a hoot! Another one of my favorites (although she won't know!) is when we are discussing something she needs to do and she says, "Not gonna do it." Its one of those hide your face so as not to encourage her moments.

She says hello to friend, "Hi Guys!". When she's really happy about something,"Oh, this is wonderful!" When she wonders how far we are from home, "Where'd our home go?" When she's being particularly affectionate, "Oh, I just love you!" When she wants her dog friends to come with her, "Follow me guys!"
I love listening to her talk and sing.

It's really exciting to see her learn memory verses now and able to answer questions about Bible lessons. She asks to review her lessons at breakfast every day. When she sees me sit down to read the Bible or my devotional work she calls it my memory verses.
