Prayers Please!
A couple of weeks ago my mom twisted her knee while she was scooting up her chair to a table. She has a knee sprain. Friday it really started to bother her and her leg was swollen up to her groin. Called the Dr. and he sent her to the ER. She has a blood clot. She went through this about 3 years ago. She broke her ankle and a couple of days later she had a blood clot. So she has to go to the hospital everyday to get a shot and she is on Cumadin (sp?) Now she has to keep it elevated and she hates it because she is missing the grandkids baseball games and track meets. She hates it especially for my youngest son. This is his senior year and she is missing his baseball games. But her health is more important than his ballgames and he would be the first one to tell her that.
I do have some good news also! My father-in-law was given the all clear on his hip replacement surgery that he had last October. He is getting around so much better. He uses a walker on longer distances like going into the church building but at home he is down to using his cane or sometimes nothing at all. Prayers have been answered on his behalf!
Hugs and prayers!!!

I like the thought of learning things about the older too, I will have to come up with something next time I teach.
