Video Games on TV, Almost Certain Death, Falling Trees, and JamJam!!!
Video Games on TV
So, as I mentioned earlier, classes were canceled. To combat the boredom, Travis(of Fanboys fame) and I decided to play video games on television [kvrtv.com] and we had so much fun. We played all sorts of games from Samba de Amigo to Armada. It was wonderful.
Almost Certain Death
We took a one hour break to grab a bite to eat and slid down some of those iced over slope sidewalk thingos...it was fun. However...on the way down one slope, I had a little slip and fell on my ass. That's not the worst part. My friend Tate(of Puppet Show fame) let me know that I came "this close" [about 2 inches] from bashing my head on this metal bike rack that was next to me that would have certainly destroyed my noggin'.
Falling Trees
Today, it was a whole different ball game. I was walking home and as I walked underneath a tree, I heard a cracking noise, and then sorta bush shaking noise and then froze as a bunch of ice fell on me and my backpack. I looked up, but noticed nothing freaky. On my way back to campus I noticed that there was a broken tree limb being supported by a lower limb.
I kinda feel kinda weird...as if there are two cosmic forces toying with my life. One is trying to kill me and the other is thwart the plans of the first. I've named the latter "JamJam" and can only hope he keeps up the good work.
