These past few weeks have been pretty insane. but they have been wonderful as well. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's! I am truly blessed to have so much family to share it with and a thoughtful husband to love all year round. =) God be with you all!
Just one special gift of grace: a new year to live for the Lord!

I am in class right now, and yes, I'm writing a post. Bad girl. yes i know. things are good here, busy. I'm balancing school, homework, ladies class, knitting class, house work, education entrance things, and on and on... So, here's my little encouragement to myself and to you.
Read and pray every day
Because life passes fast away.
Hold on to the ones you love
don't forget to give a hug.
Busy is a word we use
when we need an excuse
what are you busy doing?
are you growing
or just moving?
For all the busy ladies out there, keep growing spiritually! =)

It was great to see Justin preaching God's Word with all his heart to the Christians at Harpersville this past week. It went really well. We're going to miss the Hartselles though. They move to Cullman at the beginning of June. They have been so kind and generous to us. They are just like our grandparents.=) God bless them.
Suzanna and Todd Taylor had their little baby girl (Lexi jo) yesterday. She is precious and has lots of hair. =) God be praised for keeping them safe and healthy.
My niecy Claire is smilling a lot more now. It really can melt my heart when she does that. I wonder if God made babies for the purpose of reminding us of pure simple love that never wavers. One smile from a little baby and love and awe just washes over you. Maybe babies are a glimpse of the purity and love of God. =)

Hey everyone! I am officially on pleonast. =) My hubby's been telling me how wonderful it is so I decided to give it a try. =) So far I like it. =) Thursday starts the meeting in Harpersville if anyone can come. We would love to see you. =) School's almost over - yay! I'm ready for summer and for my little niecy Claire to come home so I can spoil her rotten =) To all my Auburn buddies - miss you guys; hope all is well in the best place in the world! Hope to talk to lots of u now on pleo.
I went outside today and it feels so perfect outside. I was thinking about how at this time of the year especially it's extra hard for me to believe how anyone could not believe there is a GREAT MAKER of this world. every beautiful aspect of the world around us cries out as God's creation. Turning a blind eye(or is it really a blind heart) to the cherry trees, the flowers blooming, the butterflies(I love the yellow ones. They're so happy looking.)and the birds singing is the most awful thought. I don't want to miss watching God paint the most beautiful pictures of His world. God is definitely beautiful beyond description=)

Thought for Today..Our God is truly AWESOME
Psalm 65:5 By awesome deeds You answer us in righteousness, O God of our salvation, You who are the trust of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest sea;
Psalm 66:3 Say to God, "How awesome are Your works! Because of the greatness of Your power Your enemies will give obedience to You.
Psalm 18:44 As soon as they hear, they obey me; Foreigners submit to me.
Psalm 47:2 For the LORD Most High is to be feared, A great King over all the earth.
Psalm 145:6 Men shall speak of the power of Your awesome acts, And I will tell of Your greatness. (NASB ©1995)
Micah 7:18-19
Who is a God like You, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of His inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy. You will again have compassion on us; You will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
GOD BLESS:)
