Welcome to the confused mind of an empty nester! Mom here has just seen her "baby" begin college, and the "older baby" is about to have a baby of her own. Life is upside down & rearranging, and normal is just a word that used to have a meaning. Come along with me as we ride the tilt-a-whirl into middle (sob) age - laugh with me, offer advice, and above all, talk to me! My faith and my sanity need all the prayers and support they can get.

Can't do much for you about the drumaholic. We thought about getting a motorcycle ourselves, to save on gas to Athens. But, oh, well. Wouldn't do us much good much longer anyway! He tells me he's trying to "establish an association with a hot female". Don't know if I was supposed to tell that or not. LOL

i didnt know you had one of these pleonast things...you got a great son, its funny how he gets upset bc he isnt the baby around anymore..lol oh well he'll get over it soon enough.
