What's Been Going On

Wow, it's been so long since I've been on here, I didn't even know where to post a new entry.
I also didn't realize the last time I updated was this time last year. A lot has happened in that time.

Me and Brian got married back in February (can't remember how to post pictures, you can see them on Facebook.) The beach was beautiful and we were surrounded by lots of people we love. Turns out we picked the perfect day to get married, had we got married the next day (the day we were thinking at first) at the exact time we would have been getting married a tsunami hit. YAY! It was a great wake up call at 4:00 Saturday morning telling us what was going on. Anyway, made for a good story and we had a great trip!

Then, back in August, we found out we are going to be having a baby (a little boy) sometime around April 14! It's been a lot of fun getting ready for the baby and we're looking forward to this new change in our lives. I'm sure Brian is equally excited to have this pregnancy over with so he doesn't have a mean, moody wife anymore.

Hope everyone is doing well, since I haven't actually checked on anyone on here.

There's been quite a bit going on since the last time I updated!

Mom and dad sold their house a month or so ago, and we have been living in my grandparents old house in Fayetteville until they get the new house in Greenville built. It was an ordeal trying to move 18 years worth of stuff in 2 weeks, but it got done. 2 more months and I move again...why did I unpack all my stuff?

Been working, what feels to me, all the time, but I think since I'm not a morning person, it just feels that way.

This week is looking good, though. Brian and I are heading over to Texas for Christmas on Saturday, the break is much needed, for both of us I think. I get my Vitamin B shot on Thursday. Yay, for not being tired, able to breath, and your body not hurting anymore. I told Brian the other day that I feel like a narcoleptic all the time now.
Still have to finish the rest of my Christmas shopping tonight.

Getting ready for the wedding coming up in February. It's coming up faster than I thought it would! Can't wait. We still have a lot to do before then, though.

Well, at the rate I'm going, this will be my last post for a while. So, I hope you all have a good Christmas, New Year and whatever else comes up!

^That was the day that Brian asked me to marry him. I said yes. It was during the fireworks and it was perfect. I'm so thankful that I've been blessed to have such an amazing man in my life, I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I love you!

    Oh...yeah. I wondered if that was what you meant, but did I tell you that? Oh, wait...I said that on our GNO, didn't I? ;-) Totally forgot! Yes, I think I'm going to just do it myself ~ possibly with my midwife's help. It's really pretty simple, though, so I don't feel like I need to pay someone over $200 to do it, ya know?

    Speaking of GNO...when is our next one??? :-)

    I'm feeling really well; thanks for asking. Just the typical aches and pains ~ and physical limitations ~ of the last few weeks of pregnancy. But I really can't complain too much. :-) I'm trying to really enjoy these last few weeks of baby inside me, and I'm hoping to get my big nesting stuff done soon so I can just relax and await the big day!

    Tricia asked me the other night if I'm ready for a "last hurrah" before baby comes ~ so we need to plan another GNO soon! Maybe try for early next week so Julie can possibly come? We can come to Newnan again to make it easier for all of you.
