Hey today was my very first day of soccer practice. It was pretty intense. We started out running for 20 minutes, then we did weaves, and then we did 7's and then we ran some more, and then we practiced dribbling, then passings, then stars ( I made a goal!!!!!), then backward stars, then rollovers, then passing in a line of 3, then more team work, then a scrimmage - I was a striker, I saved the ball too :) Then throw in's, then more 7's because we weren't concentrating ( you have to run hills you start out with going once, then twice, and so on!!!) .. we were talking too much.... There was a lot more stuff crammed into our non -stop .. okay we got a 5 min water break and two 3 min water breaks - 3 hour practice - I am very sore.. but I'm ready for tomorrow.... it can only get better :)
