Aaron's trip to Washington

Aaron left this morning (in a big hurry I might add since he'd overslept!) for Washington state. His Cousin Jeremiah's memorial service and burial is this weekend. Aaron was excited to see family in spite of the tragic circumstances of the trip. The majority of the family will be there, so he'll get to see many he doesn't see very often.

Thanks to all of you who have been praying for Jeremiah's family and please continue to pray for them. I can't imagine being a widow at any age, but for Gale at 23 (with two small children) it seems particularly daunting. And I certainly cannot imagine losing a child. I don't know how Dave and Beth will make it.I'm thankful that Aaron's family is extremely close and will all surround them. Also please pray for Aaron as he's traveling. We miss him already!

Our bright spot today is that my good friend, Liz Baston, is coming for a visit for a few days. We can't wait to see her again! The kids are thrilled at the thought of a new person in the house. :)
