you know, it's that song, on the... thing...

I've been failing at keeping up on here the past few weeks. It's even to the point where all my friends' names are white with dots! Ah! So I'm going to start tacking that.

In the mean time, I have a super vague question to throw out...
In the past day or two, it seems like as I was falling asleep, there was some commercial on TV (or something) that had a song I liked playing in the background. This song may (or may not) have been some kind of remix. At the end of the (maybe) commercial, they gave a website where you can download said song.

It was one of those things where I just repeated it a few times to myself and was convinced I would remember it. We see how that worked out for me!

Let me know if you are a psychic and somehow know what I'm referring to!

Also...
Has anyone seen Coraline? What were your thoughts? Were you left thinking that there was a whole lot going on that you missed because they couldn't tie everything up?
I didn't realize that the movie was based on a Neil Gaiman book. I'm a big fan of his, so I can't wait to read the book and get the real story.

I haven't seen it, but I want to! Maybe I'll see it soon and smuggle out the 3D glasses so Dad will stop asking me to go to the theater and flirt with the ticket guy just so he can watch that 3D Chuck that was on weeeeks ago. I plan to read the book, but I'm a little concerned that it's going to be too "young". I just read Artemis Fowl on a Harry Potter recommendation, but it was not good. Certainly doesn't cross ages like HP. So, yeah.

Oh, I didn't know it also showed in non-3D. I generally don't enjoy 3D. Maybe my eyes don't focus right or something, because it's always blurry and I can still see the odd coloring. Good to know. I heard Stardust was a lousy movie... but it's on my Netflix list. :) Maybe I'll read it first. Maybe you can suggest some books for me, I'm a terrible book shopper.

Indeed. Funny thing, though, is that I was thinking about using that pattern to make myself a pretty dress to wear at yours. But I think I'll just leave it to you now. All the more Anthropologie for me. :)

Of course, if I know myself, if I ever did make the dress, it wouldn't be done in time to wear for the occasion it was intended.

By the way, I'm reading Stardust and it's just so nice! Very witty. I've moved the movie up on my Netflix.

It's possible that I have it packed in a box. I'm looking through stuff tonight to find it. Though, if it was still out on my desk while I was in Hawaii (which I think your mom thought it was) I'm not sure why it would be in a box. But anything is possible in my closet.
