Hello Everyone:)
This week Main Street Church of Christ has been having a gospel meeting. The preacher's name is Phil Morgan. I was wondering if any of you know him. He lives in Indiana. He seems to be a very smart preacher and I hope that a lot of people have benifited from this meeting, I know I have. Tonight is the last night.
Luke 15:10:
"Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth."
Luke 15;1-7
1Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him.
2And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.
3And he spake this parable unto them, saying,
4What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
5And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
6And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.
7I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

I love gospel meetings :) I'm not sure that I've heard of Phil before, but I'm glad that he's doing a good job presenting God's word. This was our gospel meeting week here at Belleville, and a preacher from Canada has been presenting the lessons; he's doing a great job! -
never heard of him, but glad he's adamant about preaching the Word. the image in Luke really makes it all worth while to save even one soul. -

Thanks Jessica. Hope all is well with you. Are you wrapping up school? Jordan finishes two last finals on Friday and I'll be getting him later in the day. We can't wait to have him home. He makes us very proud parents and I miss him every day. Keep me in your prayers as I preach in the meeting. Thanks. -
Yea tomorrow I have two finals and school is over:) at least until June when my summer class starts.
