That S&G lyric pretty much sums up my life for the past few days. I guess I'm the only living girl in Waxahachie??

The break is good, but the reading plans I had scheduled are not going as well as I'd hoped. I'm SLOWLY getting farther into A Tale of Two Cities.

Other than that, life's been good. Between spending time with the fam, memorizing lines, reading, listening to new cds, talking on the phone, running errands for my mom, and watching movies, I've managed to keep myself somewhat busy. Kind of.

Am I enjoying the break? Yes. Am I ready to get back in Tampa? Yes x 5.

So, I guess it's been awhile since I've posted. I'm sure you've all been dying to know what's up in my life...I'm sorry it's been so long, and I'm also sorry that after reading this you won't know much more than you did two minutes beforehand.

Yes, I'm procrastinating. Should you be surprised? No. That's what I've been doing EVERYDAY for the past couple of weeks. But that's ok, sometimes it works out, especially in matters related to Goethe.

Let's hear it for pas tiche.

Let's also hear it for drive-thru times.

Well, I'd better go finish ch. 12 in my music history book.

That's about it.

I was getting tired of looking at that old blog, so even though I really don't have much to blog about, I will.

Life is good and very busy. This past weekend I went to Orlando and got to spend time with one of my bffs, Jessica Hunt (soon to be Jessica Broyles). We had a great time and addressed all of her wedding invitations! Anyway, I decided that instead of going to fall banquet, I will go to Orlando again and help Jessica with more stuff for the wedding. I'm excited about it and I know that she will really be able to use the help.

There's not too much else going on in my life. I mean there is, but nothing y'all would want to know about, just run of the mill things.
