Ok so for those who might not have known, my sister got married two weeks ago and they made it back after an interesting honeymoon. Filled with laughs, sites, and many transportation malfunction or issue. They made it out fine and are now looking to the future. My sister just got a job teaching 9th grade math in the fall yay for her! Now for me. I've been not doing much but work hang out with friends, visit and be visited by my amazing girlfriend (which has been my favorite part) and doing stuff on the computer. My band "The Hostage" is finally in the studio and we are recording our CD YAY!!!!!!!! although finds are low and we cannot continue our venture with out money we are still holding our heads high and trying to figure something out. No worries though, we'll find a way. If you wanna be apart of what we are doing here the I can post a site for you to visit to invest in us. That's right invest as in you actually get stuff for donating. I can also post that list if anyone is interested. Ok now that I'm done with that, I can move on to the present. Right now I am sitting in the dining room of my cousin's house typing this update. My mother, brother, youngest cousin and myself made it here to humble mangham Louisiana about 7 yesterday. After I drove for 4 hours and my mom did for 2, we made it safely. Yep well that is what has been my summer in a nutshell . Friends, Band, Work, Girlfriend, Wedding, Family. Ok it's been a long while since I've posted. I know know 'm a terrible person. My life just has been boring. consisting of school, school, time with my girlfriend, school, and band practice. I've started to look for a job again, with no luck so far. Last sunday my band "the Hostage" Played in a battle of the bands. People really seemed to like us, even though we didn't win. We had lots of fun and played a great show. School has been going well, still trying to adjust to the new classes, but it's going a lot better than last semester. My soon to be brother in law and I have been working out almost every morning for 3 weeks now. Along wit getting a little stronger I've lost 5 pounds. yay. :) Well that's my life in a nut shell right now. everyone be safe, and God bless.

It's raining, and icing, and sleeting, and snowing, and every other school in memphis is closed. BUT MINE!!!!!!!! What is this?! everybody else closes, but the u of m stays open?! This doesn't make any sense to me. *sigh* but I don't any other choice but to go. It's gonna be cold and wet and slick, but I'll make it to class. I'm going to try not to fall and break something. Boo on having to goto class in the ICE AND SLEET!!

Well I guess it's about that time when I post something on my wall for people to come and look at and/or leave comments about. So since xmas( I only use that cus it's easier to type) I haven't been doing much. House work, yard work....... more yard work. Hangin' out with friend before they leave for college (they've all abandoned me and gone off to different colleges) and oh yea my band had a show last week at the New Daisy, which is the biggest place for local bands to play at. It was awesome, although we weren't mixed well we still got some positive feed back. We ( The Hostage) have another show coming up on February 15, and possibly a house party in brownsville before that. The Feb 15th show is at the Daisy again and this time it's a battle of the bands, so you can show your support by buying a ticket to the show(if you can make it) tickets are $8 and $10 at the door. It's going to be fun. So back to me, school started yesterday and I'm already really liking all of my classes. I'm taking: Engineering( a prerec. class), music theory, piano, a honors class, and elementary german (kool huh). Today my only class was cancled so I'm just wasting time in my dorm room.
