Yay! I am starting to feel better. Here's hoping it keeps up.

Evidently I have an odd heart, and it has been giving me a hard time since Sunday. However, the doctor said it was no big deal. I am so thrilled that I am feeling better I am ready to climb a mountain.

Tonight we made barbeque chicken and homemaid mashed potatoes, then we sat down to watch the Laker's game.
Ah, it's so nice to not be miserable. :) It's amazing how important the little things in life are.

We have a Dyson Ball! It's delightful. :) It's insured until April 2114, and is a new way to clean. Mmmm

Much to my chagrin, our vacuum died. However, this has a perk to it, we get to buy a vacuum! I have been reading reviews, gathering our gift cards, and coupons. Someday we will be buying a Dyson with one of those coupons. Twenty percent off can equal one hundred dollars with the kind of vacuum I dream of; however, we will be getting a more reasonable version. After having a very run of the mill strong, but standard vacuum, some of these features are thrilling.

Today I drove Ricky to the airport, he went to visit Eric, and watch a film festival. From there I did such a great job patching up the kitchen cabinet that you can't even tell there was something wrong with it! I have since read up on reupholstering the kitchen chairs, and am debating what color of fabric would look best, and who has a staple gun I can borrow. I also have plans on reorganizing the closet.

For right now, however, sitting is good.

Rainbow vacuums are my favorite! They use the water filters instead of the bags which really cuts down on dust and you can put scented oils in the water so that whenyou vacuum it makes your carpet smell good. They're expensive but well worth it.

I think the Rainbow my Mom had cost about $800 but that was over ten years ago. I think it lasted about 7 or 8 years although for you it might last longer since you don't have 6 dirty children running around your house, lol. I think its a good deal in the long run because they clean so well and last longer than the $50 vacuums from Walmart or Target. We've gone through about 3 of those vacuums in the last 2 years. It seems like every time I come home there is a new vacuum. I never knew that I had such strong feelings about vacuum cleaners...I guess its an obsession that began when I was 3 and I got my very own Fisher-Price vacuum cleaner for my b-day, haha.
