Yes, I've always been disappointed with how difficult it is to get "Christian" women to dress appropriately. I will say, though, that sometimes it's hard to tell when you are modest from a male's point of view. In certain circumstances, it definitely is better for a female to approach another female, but I think men should step up a little more often to say something. Especially if that man is a father or a husband. It is also important for males not to forget to be modest as well, though.
