I guess it has been a really long time since Jonathan has updated so I will have to take over again since he is stuck on facebook. There is not too much new to talk about.
Tyler went his first college football game for the Aggies at the start of the season. He loved it and Jonathan loved it even more, of course. The new picture is him playing on the field after the game. He also turned three last month on the 28th. He had a moon walk bouncer at his party, but he didn't like it as much as Pebbles (our 70 lb dog) did. Other than that we have been enjoying the hot weather by swimming and going to the river to cool off.
Jonathan is still mowing, though it is starting to slow down. That is good since we are trying to get up to MI next month to visit my family.
I am still selling Pampered Chef, so any of you that need to buy some presents for the upcoming holiday season or just need some things your kitchen, please visit my website: www.pamperedchef.biz/ninamoody. Look online this month for some pink products as well that support breast cancer awareness. To earn free things, keep in mind that you could do a catalog show!!
In other news, my sister and her family had a house fire about a month ago. They were all fine and able to get some priceless items out of the house before it completely burned. They have just moved from a travel trailer to a rent house until they can get their house rebuilt. Keep them in your prayers as this has been stressful on their family especially with two small children.
Also, an old preacher friend of my family recently had a hip replacement surgery go wrong in many ways. He is still struggling to survive in the hospital in Louisville, KY. Please keep Paul Ayres and his family in your prayers. I don't know how to link, but his son's pleo account is user name pierre so you can see updates.
Thanks and update ya' later

I don't know where the saying came from, but I have been "sick as a dog" for the past couple of weeks. I somehow got pneumonia, which is mostly a problem for old people. I think when I was taking steroids for my poison ivy and staying up late every night during and after camp it lowered my immune system. Anyways, I am better now, and thought that I would post on here since it has been a while. I really hope that all of my friends can come to the tubing trip. Hopefully everyone can come out on Friday night and maybe do some singing and hang out, then wake up and go to the river at a reasonable time in the morning. We can either go to the Guadalupe which is about 30 minutes away or the Frio that is about an hour and 30 minutes away and I hear it is the place to go. I originally thought that the Frio was a lot closer than that, though! Please contact me on my cell phone at 210-325-4196 if you need any information. I sure hope that we can do a winter camp, that would be so awesome since summer camp is the best week of my year! I would love to have another one just like it during the winter! My business has been really stressful lately, but we still have tons of work to do. Brad Walker came down and helped me lay grass at an almost million dollar house that we landscaped and that helped me a lot, he is a totally awesome friend and such a giving and unselfish person and I absolutely love his entire family! The house we did the install for is actually right across the street from Manu Ginobli and Robert Horry of the Spurs! Pretty cool! I hope to see all of you sooner than later and if any of you need anything at any time from me, even if it is just an ear, please don't hesitate to call me. Hopefully I will see all of you at the tubing trip!

It's weeks like the one that we just got through with that makes me want to start a commune and just be isolated with Christians all year! Well, I guess we can't really do that, but I really enjoyed my week of camp and absolutely hated to see it come to an end. I feel like I was fortunate to meet some awesome people and really got to know several people a whole lot better- I miss ya'll really bad by the way! Well, yesterday was my birthday and Nina was out of town since her sister was having a baby, so I was a little down having to eat my birthday Jack in the Box dinner by myself! The first several weeks after camp are always very difficult for me and I find myself getting depressed. I get so attached to the people that I love there and it is so hard for me to leave that behind and not feel sad about it. But I guess I had to unfortunately come back and run my new business again and turn my phone back on (I hated having a signal when I got back, I loved not talking on my cell phone non stop all day every day!) It was so nice this year, because I got to go to the Walkers and hang out until yesterday and kind of ween myself back into the real world. That whole family is so hospitable and we had so much fun hanging out, riding jet skis, playing pool basketball, and watching movies. It is stuff like that and seeing how involved with each other all of you are in Houston that makes me want to move down there! I am trying to put together a tubing trip on the Frio river for next month, probably July 21, and would absolutely love it if a lot of my dear friends can come and hang out for the weekend, or a week if you like------hey, even better stay the whole year if you want! I want all of you to know how much I love you and cherish the relationships that we have been building and I hope to see all of you sooner than later. Let's try to take advantage of every opportunity that we can to come back together.

Hey everybody, sorry it has been so long since I have posted on here, but I have been soooo busy over the past year, I have neglected my blog! I also feel bad that I never responded to half of your posted comments even though I said I would! I must admit, I have been a less than ideal pleonaster. Luckily Nina has been updating here and there. That being said--- I am really looking forward to next month when I can see all of my friends at Dry Creek! I will be bringing with me a few new faces from San Antonio: Emily Fields, Seth Almarez, and Gwen Quintana. They are really cool and will fit right in at DC. I have been telling them how awesome everybody is there, so be sure to make them feel at home this year. I know you will! My life has been a whirlwind lately! I have found myself getting so involved in work and other activities that I don't seem to find time to just have fun. So, my goal is to go back to having fun like I used to and stop getting so wrapped up in work and such. I was playing semi-pro football for a few months until I fractured my foot and it took me out for the season. I got a hand off up the middle (I played fullback) and a 330 pound defensive lineman stepped on my foot and stayed there while 2 other guys were trying to tackle me! It didn't feel good, but I think it might have been a blessing since it freed up 3 nights a week to spend with my family who I had not been seeing much of after working 50 to 60 hours a week selling construction equipment. Now I am still working the same amount of hours, but for myself! I started a lawn and landscaping business about 5 weeks ago and it has really taken off! We are so busy and I need to hire about 2 or 3 more guys and start one or two more crews! It is really exciting! So I will need your prayers as I deal with the stress of starting this new business as you can imagine! I really need the week at camp to unwind and do things for others as I have been too wrapped up in Jonathan first with football and my job that I have not been as concerned and involved with other people as I used to be. So pray to that end as well, as I really want to get back to being a servant! I know this a rambling post and I feel like I am talking to myself, but I just wanted to let every one know what has been going on and what has been on my mind. I really look forward to seeing those of you at camp- hopefully nothing major happens with my business that prevents me from going- i would be really depressed! Oh yeah, if you comment to this post, I promise to respond this time- i really mean it!

Well, as most of you know, we moved to SA for Jonathan to have a "stable job". It seemed that none of the 6 jobs every worked out that well and he decided to be his own boss again...Mowing Crew returns (in Bexar County of course). He just started full time Monday and already has a contract with about 10 Whataburgers in SA and has several other bids out there for commercial properties. He loves it and we are all happy!
Pampered chef is going great for me and is pretty fun. I am up for traveling so let me know if you want to have a party or know anyone that recently became engaged. They have a great registry and sweepstakes going on right now. (That was my sales pitch for today.
Tyler is getting so big and he knows it. His favorite words are "no" and "baby", which sounds like bebe. He also likes to say "more" and it sounds like Arnold Schwartzeneger (sp?) is saying it. He carries around a cabbage patch baby that he picked up at his cousin Lane's house. He pats it's bottom and puts it on his shoulder. Jonathan loves that! He is super cute at this age.
i was just wondering the other day if you were still doing pampered chef. i'll have to take a look! :)
