hmmm...yep....hmmm...yeah, drawing a blank. oh wait, wait. i see something in my crystal ball. wow, that got me thinking. okay. would it be wrong to go see a "phsycic" just for fun, or someone who reads palms? i've always wanted that done. just for kicks. oh, so i'm super excited about school. i wanted to do the whole dermatology thing, but the whole 13 years of schooling just isn't gonna fly with me so that was a no go. soooo... i did some research on the study of esthetics. and! it's pretty much the same thing as a derm, except i can't legally (haha!) prescribe medication. so, i found a local school that offers that, real cheap, and real soon. if i can send all my crap into cla and get it graded, i can enroll sept. 13. so way freakin excited. ahh! there was sooo something else on my mind, but it slipped away. gosh darn it. don't you hate it when that happens. so i'll just sit here for 10 minutes and figure out what it was. okay this isn't it, but i feel the need to mention it. that management position that was supposed to happen sooooo many months ago, never did. BUT! it's a sure thing that our hospitality supervisor is getting promoted so someone needs to take his spot, my name was sent in along with one other. she will more than likely get the position, buuuuttt, i just might end up with a management position...or so a little birdie told me.
OH MY GOSH! I REMEMBERED WHAT I WANTED TO SAY!!! ...and it only took three minutes. flies! yes, flies! they are cooler than i thought! so... i'm at work and i find a fly with a broken wing or soemthing, so i scoop it up on some cardboard and take it back to show the guys, (yeah, i'm weird and get excited about bugs and dirt). so one of them informs me that if you stick a fly in the freezer for about 30 minutes you can take it out, tie a string around it, let it thaw, and it will come back to life and then you have a pet fly that has a leash. ha! love it... and .... you can drown a fly and put salt on it and it will come back from the dead. coolness, i know. soo... i experimented and froze the fly. yes, i froze the fly with an injured wing. i wait the alotted time. tie a string to it, thaw it. nothing. i think i may have killed it during the transfer from the cardboard to the iceblock in the freezer. i got excited. poor fly. i feel sorry for the next one i catch. man, i was so disappointed. i'll update with the next one i freeze. :)
SHOUT OUT!
...i don't know if you're reading this, but you know who you are when i say... it was only four ecks! i went back and had to double check my comment to prove you wrong.
